My ShareASale account was suspended (blocked) today 01/21/2025 because of "irritations and irregularities" and "manipulatory activities", and - even more obscure - "we suspect that you have breached at least one of the obligations". Suspect? Do they even know what they are talking about. Capricious decision without a real explanation. Months of hard work lost. Do not trust these people to have the knowledge or ability to respect you or your effort.

They suspended my account without any prior notice. The only sign was an error message on login. I reached their support and the only explenation of suspension was alleged violation of their terms without any specification. What a scammy company!

I’m truly disheartened by the way ShareASale is handling its affiliates. My account was generating sales, but it was abruptly suspended without any prior notice. I’ve been working hard to cultivate a loyal audience on my site, and now all my affiliate links are inactive.

I have reached out to customer service, but have yet to receive a response. After reviewing the Terms of Service, I can confirm that I haven’t violated any rules. It’s unclear why accounts are being banned so suddenly, and I hope an official statement will be released soon.

At this point, I’m heartbroken at how ShareASale is treating affiliates. My account had generated sales, but was suddenly suspended with zero notice or warning. I luckily didn’t have any pending commissions to be paid out, but I am building a loyal viewer base on YouTube and my affiliate links are all dead now.

Customer service has not responded to any inquiries. I’ve reviewed the ToS, and no rules have been broken. There’s no rhyme or reason as to why they are suddenly banning accounts, so hopefully a statement will be issued soon.

Totaly garbage. Website is like from 2000...

ShareASale is a Scam – Avoid This Network!

If you’re considering joining ShareASale, DON’T! This is the worst affiliate network I’ve ever dealt with. They reject applications without explanation, suspend accounts without cause, and, worst of all, they steal your earnings.

I have applied multiple times, invested in building a legitimate website and business, and even earned up to $2,000, only to have my account closed with no reason and my earnings withheld. ShareASale refuses to provide transparency and ignores all attempts to resolve the issue. They claim “irregular activity” but never provide proof. Instead, they keep the funds issued by merchants and never pay affiliates.

Their so-called “compliance department” hides behind vague policies while blocking accounts and eating up hard-earned commissions. If you try to dispute their decision, they just send a final notice stating it won’t be reversed.

Affiliates, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SHAREASALE! There are far better and more honest affiliate networks out there. I will be sharing my experience on all platforms to warn others—this network is a fraud, and they profit off the hard work of affiliates without paying them.

We received faked purchases by an affiliate that never happened on our ecommerce. So the affiliate commissioned. ShareASale doesn't filter this type of things and doesn't refund them. They have a great issue with their platform because affiliates can simulate purchases that never happen in your ecommerce and they commission for that.

Had a (passive) affiliate profile with for more than a year and never had any questions or issues after being accepted. Now, when I earned some money through some of the affiliates, they closed my account - and forfeited the money - stating that I didn’t keep my business information up to date while nothing changed since my registration. Looking around here and at other online sources learns me this seems to be there business model: just take the money of the affiliates under false pretenses.

I can't find anything worse than 1 Star, they banned my account without any reason given after earning more than $6000 and working for more than 8 months and the advertiser was happy with that. they said they doubt that my activity can be wrong which is dumb reason actually, that's why I will sue the company in Small court Fees IL where they are based and let's see How far my lawyer is gonna push the case.

Such a waste of time and money and ambitions I dont reccomend shareasale nor impact at all

After one year of building a dedicated blog for affiliates, I got accepted by Google AdSense. Yet, these idiots of Share A Sale say my blog can't get accepted into their program, and they do not specify why. So how am I meant to improve and get accepted then? After several requests, the area manager told me they had multiple metrics to display them all, so basically their staff is busy to fill a proper reply to potential partners... My blood is boiling... To build a useless company better stay at your home.

Link bait and affiliate spammers. Random browser tabs keep opening. Their URL appears for 1-2 seconds then immediately redirects to somewhere else. Been happening for days and I am sick of it.

Never had a problem with them. Using them for over 8 years. The platform is easy to use. Payments come thought. A+ affiliate porgram

They closed my affiliate account, My hard work, writing blog. article making videos and link all are useless now.

I was promoting brands my merchant was happy but the affiliate partner ShareASale being awful in that situation. .

I earned 5000$ and one day shareAsale suspend my account without any information without any reason, no response on call or mail, i lost my all money 5000$ + 1000$ for promotion charge,

And also it's happen with my friend there ShareAsale account also suspend without any reason and the lost 1600$

So it's request to you please please don't go on ShareAsale it's froud company totally froud company

I think ShareAsale only pay only those who have not big number i mean around 50-60-70 $ and if you cross more then 100$ they suspend your account without any reason

disaster, you fill out the information for two hours and in the end they charge you $750

Terrible! I can't even login most of the time!

They require username, password, tokens then spin you around in circles.

Also the application process is a nightmare.

Only went with them as a merchant said i needed too!

I should read this reviews before applying with them.
They damaged my website and I had to recover it from my back up.

I also noticed that Sharesale.com people are tried to log in in my Website Admin portal!

Be careful and do not allow anyone from the US and the GOOGLE mafia getting access to your website settings.

Better to offer advertisement on your own direct to interesting companies instead of criminals corrupt organisations from the USA.

Shareasale dont pay me for affiliate as they handle that for wp rocket. support at wp rocket is similar poor as shareasale support. for that money my client paid for that plugin is that kind of "support" poorest. we will avoid wp rocket in the future and beware of shareasale affiliate programm. they try to hide your payment, offer you to "reissue checks" for 35$ Fees....i think it is scam
