I still have not received the bag sent two emails and my daughter in law contacted you through face book, it had been sent to the wrong address you promised to send another one o if a week ago still nothing it's been nearly a month now disgusting service.

Very very long delivery
I would not purchase from them again. It took them long time to process and dispatch the parcel. I can not comment on the quantity as I still haven’t received the dress although I have ordered it a month and a half ago.

I haven’t received it
I haven’t received it and no one is answering me. I need this dress this week. They are ignoring my messages.
UPDATE: Answered after my trust pilot review saying they had emailed me back on the 14/2. Which didn’t happen as I didn’t email them with concerns until the 18/02. So a total lie.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND - FRAUDULENT
The quality of their products are appalling. Customer service and communication is atrocious. When I requested a return for my clearly shipped from china, pimp looking long-line fur jacket, the owner of the brand blocked my email and another email I tried messaging them on. Clearly fraudulent and a money hungry brand.

Rubber platform sliders
Firstly, I would like to say that the interface of this website is very easy to use.

The dress came and it was expensive and unpractical. I returned the dress over two weeks ago hoping for a refund which I havnt received!!

Great customer service
Sadly the item I bought didn't suit but I had no problem returning it for a refund. Shaksboutique were very helpful and I received my refund quickly.

poor quality clothes and awful returns policy
Really poor quality clothes and awful returns policy where you aren’t guaranteed a refund. You have to email for the returns address (and wait a while for a reply), then pay packaging, then once they’ve received it they’ll decide if they deem it worthy of a refund but there’s absolutely no guarantee.
