Craig is a cowboy builder

Craig is a cowboy builder , we contracted him to build our passive sip panel house but he has messed the job from the start and now he has walked off the job because I have found he had missed out installing critical structural beams joist that hold the sip panels together, he has bodged the job so bad we have trading standards involved and building control have seen the many recorded items missed with pictures etc to show, we are in process of court action and he’s offered compensation to get another company to finish his mess , AVOID Craig from Seviour timber frames if you don’t want to be in the mess he has left us in
He has taken six months to build some of our house considering he is his contract said 6/8 weeks
Avoid as we believe he is insolvent trading according to HMRC so probably won’t be long before he’s out of business
