I've purchased a lot of candles from here and I've had some good success. But quite often I get a dud last my last order. I ordered (5) candles and so far I've used (3) of them and there was not any fragrance / smell coming from them.
I did not light the other two and I called the store to get some help to resolve this issue. I spoke with a young lady who was rushing me off the phone and she was very condescending. She told me that someone would reach back out to me. But two weeks later I still haven't heard from anyone.
I have purchased candles from here that with only one lite could be smelled throughout my 2000 square foot home. I used one of the for mention candles in one of my bathrooms with the door closed and no scent from it at all. If it were $2-3 candles then I wouldn't be upset. But at $15 and up with the original cost $34, is not acceptable.
