We had a really great experience with Seven Seas Worldwide shipping from Europe to Australia. Excellent, the goods arrived within the promised time. Even when unexpected situations arose (such as weather issues), the company notified us in advance and provided solutions.
Document processing was very professional. Bills of lading, invoices, and other documents were prepared quickly without any errors, helping us avoid many customs-related issues.
The customer service team responded quickly and was friendly, patiently answering our questions. In particular, when we needed to urgently change the shipping schedule once, the team quickly coordinated and resolved the issue.
Prices were reasonable with high transparency and no hidden fees. The company also provided the most economical shipping solutions based on cargo volume and destination, helping us save significantly on costs.
I am very satisfied with both the service quality and professionalism, and have already recommended it to several peers in the industry.

Thank you Tap for your posting, we have conducted a investigation into your case to find out the reason for your unhappiness.
You original order was to send your 6 boxes by air to Singapore from the United Kingdom. One box was returned because it contained Prohibited Goods which the carrier refused.
We offered to send the remaining box by sea to Singapore to save you money and explained the charges to you both in the origin and the destination, this was recorded on your call with us so is beyond dispute.
Upon arrival you refused to pay the destination charge which lead to further delays before the shipment was delivered.
In review, we should have appointed a single Advisor to deal with your shipment rather than having you wait for each Advisor you spoke read the extensive notes on your file that had accumulated. We apologise since we can see this must have been frustrating for you.
We are very sorry for your unhappiness with our service.

Lost suitcase, months of delays, no refund offered
Lost an entire suitcase of my belongings. My shipment included five boxes/suitcases. Four were delivered, but one suitcase was lost and has never been located.
It has now been five months since the loss and I have still not received a full resolution. Communication has largely consisted of delays and generic updates, and no clear explanation has been provided as to how the item was lost or proof as to what search steps were taken. I have continually had to take the time to follow up myself and have received conflicting information throughout.
It appears that a third-party courier was used whose reviews are extremely poor. Had I been aware of this in advance, I would not have been comfortable using the service.
I have not received any refund for this yet let alone compensation for the loss.
Overall an extremely frustrating experience and the handling of the loss has been very disappointing.

Good comms - timely responses - everything fairly easy.
Packing and Pickup was easy, and tracking was informative. I especially like the fact that, even though we were moving countries and losing/gaining phone numbers etc, SevenSeas communication was always restored easily with timely responses to questions.

Efficient service
I am using Seven Seas to transport a large Cube from the Netherlands to South Africa. It is presently on the ship and on its way. So far, my experience has been wonderful. Amazing customer service experience
I loved my experience with sevenseas. The customer service experience was excellent, all of my questions were answered. Everything was clearly explained to me. I had a few technical issues with the website when I did the paperwork but reached out by emails and everything was sorted out really quickly. I did not used their boxes but the tools I received were really useful. I absolutely loved the driver that picked up my stuff he was the sweetest man funny and really helpful
