Billing for no work. It is just a game to them.

We had to use once to submit a single RFP. I guess we paid to submit an RFP. Not sure. Now a year later thy bill us $203 without warning. They say they sent a bill. Nothing in our emails. Regardless, collecting a payment for a service that is not used and will not be used is not honest. I don't do that to anyone. I don't try to make money with tricks. I make money by performing work. Please do not use companies like this. It will ruin your vendor relationships.
