Placed an order months ago ( Gien en Dibbern ) and only some items delivered ( Dibbern glassware ), still waiting for the Gien delivery. Of course there are all good reasons for delay but I do think clients should be notified in advance about delays before purchasing the items, so they can still cancel the orders...
