Think before you indulge!
Great experience in the beginning, and need to think before I use it again and depending on the outcomes of the service completion.
The outcome wasn't good at all:
1. No work completion report to quantity the amount of work done on the car against the SUM paid
2, Garage person's rude approach makes it even worse. In fact the delivery person threw the CAR KEYS via the letter box to the floor
3. No info around delivery, work completion report, and the inappropriate attitude of the delivery person
The quality of service received is not recommendable!

Absolutely incredible service
Absolutely incredible service. Car collected from my home at 8am. MOT and full service completed by 11.30am, and car should be back home within an hour or so. The gentleman who dealt with me,Ashley K was truly professional, courteous and very helpful. 100% recommend this company. Errol.

I booked my car for MOT & full service
I booked my car for MOT & full service. The offer price was very good to ignore. Initial process all went smooth. The problem started once they had my car. They checked the car & rang me back saying i have to pay another £1000 to get MOT pass. I told them to return the car but they refused by saying car can't be driven because it failed MOT. i agreed to collect but they threaten saying it is illegal. The car wasn't worth to pay £1000 for mot. At the end i collected the with paying the initial fee plus oil charge , cost me total of £170 for nothing. What i understand is that they try to find max problems to gain maximise their commission. My advice is that,please dont book for Mot, that is where they target & try to threaten. It was exhausting to deal with, very stressful. Please avoid if u can

I booked in for a service paid before to get extra discount took car myself sat down road my car went in for inspection then I got phone call over £1000 works needed doing they then tried to pressure me into agreement I asked them to email me the breakdown my car by now was parked back up was in garage only 15 minutes I then went into garage to talk with them they told me it's not Thier prices or problem it's servicing stop they can't release the car or do nothing until they talk to service stop I asked them (knowing they hadn't) if they had done the service I had paid for to which the mechanic told me the truth that he hadn't yet done the service and he couldn't until service stop confirms I told him directly that I'm not paying over £1000 for works that don't need doing period he laughs and says it's not me this garage or our prices it's servicing stop after spending the day constantly ringing service stop to with I wasn't getting an answer I then told the garage to give me my keys to which he said he can't until service stop grants permission to which I told him he had a choice car keys or I will ensure his insurance premiums goes though the roof and he would not just have me as an unhappy customer he knew exactly what I ment and proceeded to hand me back my keys I drove away out of pocket with no refund and service stop literally refusing to take my calls or reply to emails so if you're stupid enough to take the chance after reading this you deserve to be scammed by this fraudulent company .... So I have provided more details after you can't find what I'm on about I'm also more then happy to provide the emails you failed to respond and obviously you already know that you just stopped taking my calls but nice to see you reply to my trust pilot acting like your a legitimate company when you are not you are con artist that PREY on people struggling financially... Any one reading this please also check out the Facebook pages confirming that I'm definitely not the only person this fraudulent company has ripped off... Every time they send a email asking me if I need a service I will remember the con and make another trust review because it pains me thinking how much money that are making ripping people off

Friendly and professional pick up/drop off by John. I was kept well informed about timings. Jason explained the mot/service results and gave me a prompt re checking when brake fluid/coolant will be next due. Great service, will use again.

Trust me stay away from servicing stop
Sent my Alphard in for a service and it came back broken. Now I cant get out of my car from the inside.
Servicing stop said they would get this fixed and since then they have blanked me. They even tried to say my brake fluid needed changing because it was old but when I said it was completely changed just 6weeks ago they started trying to make excuses.
The garage that serviced my vehicle stamped my service book with a Servicing stop stamp which I have now been told has voided my warranty because I cant prove that the garage was an authorised garage to service my vehicle.
This company uses cowboy garages that cant get their own business because they are rogue and cowboys.
Stay well away from this company and go to a proper garage and save yourself in stress and money
