I never got the Certificate
I never got the Certificate order number 50832. Can I cancel it please. Normally you guys are GREAT but this one time I do not know what happen. It is too late I do not need the cret any longer.

I have replied to your support ticket with instructions on how to cancel the order and receive a refund.
It is a shame you decided to leave a 2 star review based on this one order. If you contacted us sooner then we could have assisted you in obtaining your certificate.
UPDATE: We have tried contacting you but have not yet received a response to verify that you still want a refund even through the certificate has been delivered.
UPDATE 2014-10-06: In the absence of a response we have cancelled your order and issued a full refund.
