We start using this service , the customer service was really friendly and everything was okay , then We got suspended for no reason , which is fine cause this isn't the best email service as they promote , their shared IPs are already blacklisted in some ISP as OUTLOOK and GMAIL .
We've asked KINDLY their support on chat for the reason why , We spoke with Noha , that was the hilarious chat We've ever had , even that little anger that we had while getting suspended left because that chat .
I asked her that I wanna talk with the anti-abuse Team , I asked her to give me the email address of that team , then she answered by your account is closed :] .
then she answered me by this in 0.2 seconds

As a customer , I defended myself and our team by saying that We didn't sent through your service anything related to spam or abusive content , and I kindly requested a screenshot to proof what she saying , if she understand what she's talking about with all due respect .
Then she answered by :
No we do understand and you know that you are abuser , No more coopeartion . ( She typed it like that so professional )

And I was totally shocked by getting those explosive and unprofessional answers and I answered by questioning What ? And what are you talking that way , does your team count this subject as abusive : Thanks for registration .
Then she ignored the question of giving us a proof of that talking , and she answered by :

so please go find another provider
And she left the chat and that chat was really friendly and that was lovely to get called by a staff abuser .
Even if We Were using their service to send abusive emails , they can say it in friendly way and We can work to fix that or leave their service without any problems even We ARE NOT .

I don't recommend this service to small businesses .
They've auto-suspended our account yesterday then they have activated our account after waiting hours and hours waiting for the agent who called Amira really unprofessional she keep saying hello and disappeared , and that's why We keep creating new chats just to ask Amira cause she wasn't wanna help , really unprofessional.
Today , at 10AM they've closed our account without mentioned the reason they do whatever they want , if they want to block your account they will , if they want activate your account they will there's nothing to stop them , They are saying that they've blocked my account cause I got bunch of spam reports but I did not , I've sent 11 Emails no spam reports , I was testing their email service then I got suspended .
Again not recommended for small businesses and Amira is the most unprofessional agent We've ever worked with .
Stay Away from this service !

Well my encounter with Ms. Sarah solved what could have raised my Blood Pressure. Indeed she touched every aspect of my worries using the SMTP under the package I paid for and increased my zeal to consider taking another package with more enhance facility for my business leads.

I am not technical, but am trying to set up a bulk mail newsletter for my client mailing list, and turboSMTP support got me one huge step closer to my goal!
I had to configure the DNS on my Freehostia website server for this to happen, even though I have no idea what a DNS is, not to mention how to configure it. I contacted my website host at Freehostia.com and asked for help, but was only given technical directions that I could not understand. To my dismay, after politely asking for further clarification, I was flat out refused any further help by Freehosia service personal named Pete Lewis.
Not having any other choice I contacted turboSMP, and explained my technical difficulties and to my great joy, the staff ( Nermine and Dina) immediately offered to log in to my Freehostia account, and do this configuration for me - - - How kind and helpful of them!!
Due to their great, and really beyond expectations service, all could be resolved within the hour, when I do not know how long I would have to struggle trying to solve this issue, if I had to do it on my own only using the technical pointers from Freehostia...
Mind you, I`m not even a paying customer of TurboSMTP yet, only a free demo user! but I am definitely looking forwards to be able to start the paid service with them as soon as I finish my setup!
By the way, there is one more important point I`d like to mention- they have fair pricing, and even more importantly for me, a very comfortable payment plan!
Since I have about 2000 customers, but only send 4-5 mails a year to them, a monthly fee turns out extremely expencive for me, but they also offer a `pay as you go` system- so I can get the service I need for a very reasonable price considering the amount of use I will be making of their services. for some reason `pay as you go` payment plans are very rare in bulk email platforms (mailchimp etc..)- so as it looks right now, turboSMTP is the host for me - I just wish they also offered web hosting, because I think I am through with freehostia for their unhelpful services- but I will save this rant for a separate review of Freehostia, that I will be making next.
