I could place my order for vps easily. And when I got some problem relating to account activation, the staff helps me to settle the problem quickly. In addition, the quality of the vps is really good. I could connect to the server at a high speed with little interruption.

After 1 year of using them i can actually recommend them to anybody, also they have flexible payment options unlike others.

Fast responds and professional

In general, it's a responsive and quality service delivery as promised. The support system is quite good, whenever we encounter any issues, the team responds with a quick email.

Here is my 2c humble opinion :
If the virtual servers have more CPU/mem combinations that would be even better. Currently, the best config for the Premium China route supports max 2vcpu, which is kinda limited to some applications. The dedicated server plus premium route might be an alternative, but it is way beyond budget for certain tasks.

Overall it's a quality service people can rely on.
