bad experience for non-German speakers

The park itself is nice, BUT do not stay overnight there if you’re not German speaking tourist. Due to missing information in English we had accommodation issues, we’re looking for an alternative accommodation in the area, and in the end had to pay the lodges invoice despite not having stayed in the park overnight. Info line is open between 9 and 5, so we could not get help from there either.
The staff is poorly prepared and not able to inform the customers where to go in case of problems, we were advised twice to just by the tickets and go to the park again.
The lady in the lodges reception (when we finally managed to get there) was very nice and helpful though.
I do not recommend it unless you speak German.
