Impeccable Serendipity!!
Apart from making a beautiful ring with precision engravings to what I required, the customer service from all those I dealt with over email was impeccable. They were polite, professional and very helpful in sorting the ring and engraving I requested, ready for my wedding in May.

Couldn’t be happier
I decided to go with serendipity diamonds to create a bespoke engagement ring. I choose them because of their years of experience specializing in just that. I also really liked their line of jewelry and the reviews I read had nothing but good things to say about them. Well the reviews were not wrong. I would then to be very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Drina was able to guide the process efficiently, letting me know what would work well and look good at the same time. She was always very quick to respond to my questions and never tried to push my budget like every other place I had looked. The end result was a beautiful, custom ring that my wife loves to this day. Despite being half way around the world I will be going back to Drina for any jewelry needs in the future.
