Good Service and prompt communication.
I found the exact telephone batteries I needed on this website so ordered several. But much to my disappointment after ordering and paying I received a reply from them that the batteries could not be mailed. They told me a credit would be applied to my Credit Card which was done very quickly, 3 days after ordering. I was pleased with the response I got and would order from this site again in the future.

We're sorry for this. As soon as we realised this item wasn't in stock we tried to contact you but hadn't heard back from you so refunded you the following day. We were hoping to receive the item but deliveries to us had been delayed and then cancelled due to Covid lockdowns.
