Sephora France Reimbursement & Settlement Ignored !
Kindly be advised that I continue to await response expediently from a communication from Sephora Legal / France dated Thursday, October 31, 2024 for immediate resolution of a reimbursement which I am owed from Sephora Collections and Sephora France.
Kindly be advised that I wrote today regarding the herein attached Settlement Agreement (signed by me on October 23, 2024), now fully executed by both myself and Sephora Collections (S+, Sephora). Please be further advised that I have since provided my personal banking details to ensure expedient payment of this Settlement on or about October 23, 2024, I continue to await confirmation of this payment from Sephora Collections (S+) and was advised that this information would be provided by Monday, November 4, 2024. To date, I continue to await the confirmation of said settlement payment and I wish to finally ensure this information expediently today — Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
To note, I have just received the fully executed Settlement agreement signed by Sephora (S+) as well (November 4, 2024 — attached herein). As Sephora Collections had advised that this matter and settlement payment should be confirmed by Monday (November 4, 2024), but the company continues to ignore my plights for assistance ! The company signs a settlement agreement then does not follow through on reimbursement payment -- unethical and unlawful behavior.
This is extremely important to confirm this urgently, so that I know if I need to provide a different bank account information for the settlement payment.
I would be very leery on doing business with this company as they do not follow through on promises, legal documents and agreements ! I request immediate contact from senior management to resolve this egregious matter !

This has honestly been such a frustrating experience and it puts me off shopping in the future.
Not only have I waited beyond the claimed timeframe for my delivery, now that I have finally received my delivery, I would like to return an item.
I have gone through the app to return the item, and I keep getting a message to say that the order number is not being recognised. I don’t understand how that can be, as I’m literally copying and pasting the order number.
All I want to do is return this item.
How can this be done?

I can’t return my item in store, and you can’t give me an ETA as to when this issue will be resolved.

Terrible costumer service! Ordered my package with a worth of €300,- in it. It would get delivered in a parcel locker. Went there, used the code I got from DPD and there was no package in the locker. They keep telling me the package got delivered since I used the code to open the locker with the code. I hope whoever found it funny to take the package, I hope your very happy with it. Tried contacting them about a 100 times and got the same exact answer every single time. Even called Chronopost and told my story in English even though they almost only speak French. It’s really annoying since they are the only website who sell certain brands and they know it damn well, so they know they can do their customers dirty since most people will return anyway.

Returned item I bought in store via mail due to allergic reaction. I have proof and email confirmation from Sephora item was received in their warehouse. For 9 months, I have been trying to get a refund for €95. They keep claiming I was issued refund—but I have not received. Called my bank and issue with Sephora. Zero help from Sephora to resolve. And I lost €95.

This review is a follow-up to my first disappointment. This one refers to a live chat with someone, let's say a she. She is flat out lying. The person said I received a response to my complaint and that I should respond to it. I copied the (clearly automatic) response, the person says there is another mail that they sent (yeah right). I am then told to write to the mail for customer service (since they don't speak English on the phone, I was using translation).
I wrote the number of my order in the email heading, and these clowns responded and said that they will consider my case after I send them my order number.

On 20/01/2024 I had the worst treatment in this shop at 19.58 I paid by card 308.85€ they said money didn’t arrived !!!!! I showed them from the card balance it is paid they said wait and we check I waited 30 min then the manager of check out miss Justine came and said no money arrived even it is clear in my balance it is paid so she took the purchased item by force from me and said if u like to have them pay again so I paid again and the 2 payments were clear in my balance of the card I requested from her latter that I paid twice form same products and I have to pay only one time so I can show it to the credit card management to pay only one time she refused I am sure they plan to push me to pay twice I never treated bad from any shop like that before 😡

Awful experience at Corfu town store
Went to Sephora store in Corfu town to spend daughters birthday money and experience was awful. Staff were unfriendly and treated us like shoplifters by constantly following around us in store and not being helpful or friendly in any way.
