SEO Promisers are not to be trusted! My first contact was with Peter in May 2021. Seemed ok at first although, they come up with a new bill for everything. In the beginning they created my website and started seo. I work in Washington state but they still used keywords for Washington DC. For 2 years I probably only received 3 or 4 true leads from the website. Then Nick was put in charge of my account and said i needed to pay for another year of SEO,1200.00 in November of 2022. February of 2023 he says i need to pay for hosting at 1500.00 I sent them the invoice that said I was paid through April 2023 but they still shut my website down and I have no way to retrieve the domain as they have blocked me from emailing them. Now i will open a new domain and host with someone else.

They cannot follow direction, have zero quality control or internal review of their work and it will take a LOT of your time. Example: you give them four pages of content to be converted to webpages. They create the pages with about 4+ errors per page; in this example, a total of 16 errors. You tell about all 16 errors. They will only fix a few errors and ask you to review the website again. So, upon that 2nd review you find that 13 of the errors remain. So, you report those errors again. This time they fix none of the errors. But you don't know that until you check the entire site to find that all 13 errors still remain. This goes on, and on, and on, and on. I brought this problem to their attention, and they said, that's the way we work, take it or leave it. It seems that they are intentionally just trying to wear you out (vs deliver a quality product). If you value YOUR time, do not waste YOUR time with these guys.

My SEO consultant Mike Ross helped me design my author Facebook page. It looks great! I am pleased with the online marketing tools that SEO has crafted for me.

This is my personal experience with this SEO Promisers. This company lacks professional, Lack of follow up/ follow through. They do not return calls/emails, they make promises that they do not keep. They do not know what they are doing when it comes to SEO. They keep given me a different plan and then they keep asking for more money. I feel like I was taken for a long ride. I would not recommend this company for your SEO services

I worked with Peter and it was a horrible experience . I thought he was there to help me with my marketing and paid ove $3000.00 to get completely scammed . This company is horrible so stay away !

My site had “broken links” fixed with attention by Hazel with negotiated pricing. Some frustration to incur unanticipated costs. That said, I am pleased now.

After a slow start with a previous representative, Luke was assigned as my new contact person. He was professional, communicated well, and always responded. With his help, we were able to finish my website. Satisfy!

My experience with SEOPromisers was hands-on, professional and detailed oriented. My account manager Paulson Gill was attentive, responsive and always ready and able to incorporate dynamic creativity into our project. I will continue to call on SEOPromisers for their technical expertise and know-how.

I work with Luke and I’m so glad to say that he is the best website designer I ever worked with. He is very patient, talented, respectful, and hard working man. Luke would patiently listen to me and address my concerns as soon as possible. My requests are always taken care of and I will be glad to refer SEO to my friends because of hard working people like Luke. I’m more than satisfied about his work. Luke is a wonderful project manager who needs to be rewarded.

This company is a complete scam. They are a company out of the far east, mainly Dubai.The pictures of the company on their website is not their company. They photographed another building and claimed it to be their headquarters. They scammed me for $3,000 approximately and a year out of my life and never finished the website. They are thieves...they are scammers...they are crooks...Do not go near this company...You cannot recover your money because they all live in the far east. They will cut you off from all communication when they have drained you for everything they can...STAY AWAY FROM SEOPromisers supposedly based in Philadelphia, Pa., but are actually in Dubai, located in far east.

This company is a scam they don't care about their customers and all they care about is the money and don't do the correct work they just don't listen at all it took them four months to do my website and i had to keep calling them and they rob me off $350 and $600 and they still have not done the work they do half work lies lies lies lies to customers and cheat and don't care at all my website is a mess and this been since last year i have been calling no one can return my calls all i want is my money back now i had to pay another company to do my website again but trust and believe i will get my money back from your company all they do is steal from people.

I am right there with Al B & Donna R, before me. I only wish I had taken the time to properly research this “company”. In fact, I only came across their reviews shortly after I had paid the last chunk of money to these thieves…

Regardless, this is nothing but a full-fledged scam operation. A guy calling himself “Dan Lock” talks you in, then assigns an “account rep” with names like “Peter” and “Jennifer” and “Paulson” (the reps keep changing), but who have strange accents (Russian, most likely) that strongly suggest that those are definitely NOT their names. (Of course, now they’ll have to make up new names :)

Then, they “Lock” you into some form of deal (I initially signed on for three payments of $333 for the website work) and got back some proofs (proposed designs) that looked like a blind two-year old put them together in his crib.

Then, like an idiot, I signed on for a year of SEO work (don’t ask me why), and paid them $1,000. ALL of which is now gone with the wind. And just as certainly they’ll have THIS review deleted soon enough (you’ll notice across the top of their website, third from the right, under REPUTATION, they offer the service of removing bad reviews - which I know they’re good at - because I’ve been watching their very bad reviews which keep coming (like this one), but then magically keep disappearing.) Oh, yeah - and all of their positive reviews are fake too. They’ll even give you fake references if you ask for them. They gave me two. They’re all part of the scam. It’s all actually kind of hilarious…once you get over being robbed.

And by the way, shame on Bark.com and the BBB for propping these criminals up by providing them a platform. These lowlifes were initially presented to me via Bark.com, as a legitimate business. After I complained to Bark, they would accept zero responsibility. Regardless, I’ve already logged very specific complaints to both.

RUN from these vial sc*mbags. And don’t believe anyone from “SEO PROMISERS”. They will make many “promises”, and will keep none of those promises — because they are nothing but a ruthless, soul-less, cowardly pack of despicable, thieving scoundrels.

This is the 3rd time I have left this review! They keep removing it. If I have to pay to make it stick I will!
It is the truth and it needs to be told!

This company has really left me in a bind!!!
I am a remote accounting firm and rely on my website.
I paid them $150 to copy and post 2 versions of my site to other domains and to then move them back again while I was switching servers. They said NO PROBLEM.
Now my site is totally down!
But for another $2K they will fix it!
I did get a refund, but with a bag of problems!
Don’t deal with Leo.
There were so many bait and switches with these guys, their prices, the way they hounded me for months, I deeply regret dealing with them!
In fact, they are so bad, and have a bad BBB rating, I really think all the comments on Trust Piolet are false, it can NOT be true. The way they dealt with me was a total flop.
I only WISHED I had seen them on BBB or yelp before. They were very difficult to find. Maybe that is their ‘complaint removal’ service they offer?
How can they go from a Great Company to a total disaster with my site which was already built?! It was a easy job!!!
And if it was not a easy job, they should have told me from the start and quoted me appropriately months ago. Instead of ruining me!
And if they made a mistake, you do what any honorable company does. FIX IT and EAT IT. And learn from it!
They are LIARS.

I am very happy with my website. Paulson and his team have given me an engaging design with extras that make it extra special (parts that move and twinkle which express my faery theme). Paulson is very friendly, patient, and always listens and works on whatever needs tweaked. His knowledge of the business is amazing. Thanks, SEO Promisers, Paulson, and the team.

I was of the mind that creating a website was a very easy task. I tried several "free" web sites and not being technically blessed, encountered problem after problem. Frustrated I looked into different website creators and "SEO Promisers" kept coming up to center stage. After careful research I inquired about its service. I must admit that initially it was a rocky beginning, but in hindsight I came to the realization the problems were of my making because I did not understand the process. This is where the kudos piled on! Eugene Anderson was absolutely incredible in understanding what I was experiencing and patiently walked me through every step! He was a salesperson, designer, psychologist and counselor. He worked tirelessly with me even though there was a six hour difference. It would be eleven o'clock at night where he was and we were still corresponding. Such dedication! Words can not convey what it means for me to finally have a website to showcase my dream ... which is my art. Thank you Eugene and SEO Promisers!

The website did not get completed as promised. They stole my money. I asked for a refund, and no one will respond. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
