Sunglasses out of stock
I had to wait 6 days, called them to ask what is happening with my order and was notified the sunglasses are out of stock and my order is cancelled. Truly disappointing! Update your stock availability, I can see now I am not the first customer facing same issues. Wouldn’t consider buying anything from this retailer.

Fantastic customer service - there was a small issue with my frame and I was able to discuss it with a real human being in the UK and it was sorted out immediately with no fuss.

After looking for these particular sunglasses for a month I e-mailed sendoptics to check if they had them in stock which they did so I was able to order them on the Thursday and received them 9:50 am Friday. Glasses also came with a free lens cleaning kit. Would definitely recommend and use again. Couldn't be happier.
