Out of about 3 dozen tries
Out of about 3 dozen tries, I only succeeded in ordering one sample. Twice it said there were no more of the sample I wanted. Now, it just doesn't work. After I ask, Google Assistant says, "Okay, but first, let me give you some information about..." and proceeds to say something about how they use my location information and never let's me ask for the sample. It's a failure.

USELESS
Everytime I try to use this it tells me I need to register which I have done! So frustrating. I wrote an email to send me a sample about my problem. Its been over a month and still have not replied to me

No samples sent, no response received, chasers ignored
I requested to send me a sample, they said is coming. A few weeks after and although I didn't receive the sample they send this rather sarcastic email "We hope you enjoyed the ClarinsMen Super Moisture Lotion samples we sent you! [...]". I replied and asked to send the sample the never sent, no response. Even though I chased a few times still no response and no sample.
Update: Sendmeasample finally replied after the original Trustpilot review, however they have failed to address the issues raised. No apology for not sending me the sample nor for ignoring the emails. Oh, and they believe is a 'shame' I have given them negative feedback in Trustpilot as they are a small business... I told them it is within their hand to improve the review by addressing the issues raised but once again the email was left unanswered...
