Lies, excuses and absurdities
I gave money to sendflowerstobrazil.com because they are highly recommended by Shopper Approved,another scamming company with horrible reviews on Trustpilot.
I was scammed by sendflowerstobrazil.com,and here on Trustpilot I can see that many people had the same experience trusting other criminals through Shopper Approved.
1) I ordered an expensive Christmas themed bouquet to be delivered the day before Christmas,the 23rd.
They did not deliver next day as promised but 3 days later.
2) They swapped the pretty bouquet with a single orchid, no Christmas theme at all, just a lone stalk.
3) I ordered 300 grams of Ferrero Rocher, good quality chocolate. They swapped this with 200 grams cheap tasting Brazilian chocolate.
They didn't deliver on anything.
Good the recipient have a sense of humor,she said it was tragicomic with this completely transformed gift.
Mostly tragic when you have to pay a lot for cheaper,crappier stuff.
I tried to talk with sendflowerstobrazil.com, but they said that the recipient approved the order when they called!!
Adding insults to injury: their reply consisted of absurdities,meaningless excuses and plain lies.
Shameless hustlers.
