Send2Press is the best press release service.
Send2Press is the best press release service because of the personal touch. They review every release as soon as it is submitted and make suggestions for improvements. I don't know of other services that go this far. And their releases do get picked up by major media.

Easy to use
Chris was very informative and communicative, his responses were prompt and detailed. The process of signing up and receiving information back was quick and relatively simple. The only thing is that the website is a bit outdated, both in aesthetic and content. But Chris let me know very quickly that they are working hard to update the outdated lists currently on the website.

A Pleased First Time User
First time using the service and it was a fruitful test run. Our main purpose was to build back-links for our new website and the resulting number of site pickups was definitely adequate to what we needed. We really appreciated that it was a one-time payment for a one-time service while other media services are subscription based. The only result that didn't yield what we wanted was that our article didn't get picked up by any healthcare sites, but we've come to the conclusion that healthcare articles are a bit harder to get published since they need to adhere to strict, factual guidelines and more than likely peer-reviewed. The other comment I have is that the report was a little confusing to navigate, but not a deal-breaker by any means.

Thanks for the kind words :) As always it's up to any health journal or site to 'choose' to run news if they think it's of interest to their audience, and this is always something outside our control, even though we try to poke folks via email, syndication, AP, social, data systems like LexisNexis, etc. Thanks for feedback on the reporting. Trick there is we're only tracking syndication pickups, then trying to provide a wealth of 'search' tools into search engines and news sites we know about that often track our news, and custom searches based on headline, to help you try to track down any organic pickup ('earned media') in addition to syndication, where possible. Always a challenge to try to present that info in a simple, and not overly wordy fashion, and we're working to further refine that - always a challenge as regular clients and one-off clients often need different things. Every couple of years we move stuff about based on feedback like yours. :) Glad to have worked with you, and we truly appreciate your taking the time to leave feedback :) -- Chris S. and S2P team.
