WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
We hired Semper Solaris to install our solar a few months ago. They were very communicative with us when it came to getting the loan for the solar. Once that was in place and they got their money everything changed. They installed our panels wrong which caused it to not pass inspection. We have not been able to get in touch with anyone, nor do they respond to our calls or emails, to schedule a time to come out to our house to fix the panels. We should have been able to use our solar since last month but because of them not rectifying the issue, we are paying and electric bill AND solar loan!!!
This has been such a horrible experience and we are so frustrated at this point. It looks like we are going to have to get our attorney involved since they don’t seem to care that we are paying for something that we can’t use nor do they care enough to reach out to us to correct their mistake.
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Excellent! My solar ground mount looks great and although it took awhile to be completed because the County of SD is very slow; we are happy. The crew was gentle when working around my wife's plants and garden which we very much appreciated. We worked with Rhami during the sales process and he was informative and always available to us which made us feel in good hands. Thank you Rhami! Our scheduler Billie called us to see what days worked best for us and answered our questions. She was very nice on the phone. Pricing, product, customer service and execution were all great. Highly recommend Semper Solaris!

Please do your research, I choose this company only based on reviews. My experience has been terrible due to poor workmanship. Person who sold me plan is not responding. I will attach many pictures of the solar install and issues that surfaced during and after the installation. Stay tuned for updates... Many of the pictures can be found of yelp with captions and dates of the work and issues.

I'm going to be transparent and hopefully I can change the rating once the work is corrected. Great customer service but terrible workmanship. I choose this company only based on reviews found on yelp. There is about 15 holes on my living room ceiling and another 6 in a bed room. Needless to say the wife is upset at me. Well, you be the judge!

12/7/19 - work still hasn't been completed. Employees showed up, I freed my Saturday morning from 9am-11 to get the issues resolved.
Issue #1 fill and match holes found in my ceiling
Issue #2 move panels to original location we discussed when I signed the agreement. "I'll provide the paperwork" On top of my garage. Where no obstructions or trees are. Anyways, roofer didn't show up so panels didn't get moved. The holes did get filled in but not color/stain matched. "Filling needs to dry up before stain can be applied."

12/14/2018- The holes have been filled, the stain on the ceiling still needs to get done. I've been assured it will happen next Tuesday 12/18. (See pics)...

The inspector came in today 12/14 and approved the work. Just waiting on PGE. So, I went to the roof to check the panels and wiring. Since 2 of the panels were placed on top of the house near a tree. (Originally the plan I signed specified the panels would be on top of my garage roof but since all 6 panels would not fit I found the panels on top of my home and that led to the holes on my ceiling.) I will add pictures, original plan documents, etc... So you realize I'm not just making stuff up. I will also make this review more coherent... (soon as I get to laptop)

Team agreed to move 3 panels and they did move 2 today. Fine no big deal. Some dude not associated with Semper Solaris will color match/stain our ceiling on Tuesday, not a problem.

I met the team, really nice and friendly guys that came to my home but maybe more training as support is needed from their company.

I go up to my roof, check connections and work and find connections unplugged in panels. Maybe they were moving fast, just seems like a careless mistake. The original zip ties are there. See pictures, video.. I can't make this stuff up if I tried.
I won't call or bother with this until my ceiling stain is done.

12/15/18 sad but we found a new hole on ceiling right under the new mount. Also, old mounts from panels were not cleaned up and just left on roof and roofer never showed up to remove and seal. See attached pictures.

Sempersolaris employee assured me his work was done!

Next step is to color match the holes that were filled with wood filler. The person is supposed to come on Tuesday and stain/color match the ceiling.

I've been debating for a while about whether or not to go solar and finally decided to take the plunge. I did my research and looked around and settled on Semper Solaris. Installer was Mister Robert Cassidy, he had exceptional customer service and was very knowledgeable about the product. You looking for solar I highly recommend Semper!

I just had my solar installed with Robert Cassidy and he was truly amazing. His customer service was excellent and he exceeded all of our expectations. Very happy with the installation and looking forward to our solar journey!

I cant not thank Semper enough for their service, execution, and professionalism. I had met with five companies, signed contracts with two prior, only to have undisclosed "increases" and "change orders" presented as if it were normal and to be expected. Do NOT fall for that as all of these can be assessed up front. As a Vet, I was amazed at the level of service received. From the first meeting with Robert Cassidy, referred from our next door neighbor, it was evident this was the way to go all along. He also saved us $6,000 as we did not need as many panels as what we initially agreed to. The team "troops" that installed were amazing and insisted on taking extra time to clean up and paint conduit. 9 months in and I have a $113.50 credit I need to burn according to Rob before my true up. PLEASE ask for Rob & team if you choose to go with them. Rob came out on the 1st, 3rd, & 9th month to ensure we were on track. THANK YOU!

Had my solar installed with Semper Solaris and I am very pleased with the whole experience. My installer was Robert Cassidy and he was great. He answered all my questions and put everything into laymans terms so that I could understand it all. Highly recommend!

We paid CASH for our solar system with Sempre Solaris. We chose them because of their sales pitch on quality and customer service. Both have been less than impressive. Our system, which we added two additiinal panels at the time of sale, does not produce the 95% they claim, rather producing around 83% and on some days producing less than we use (on days when temperatures are in the 100s). Our local company was non-responsive the minute our unit was paid for, and even before we were on line producing energy. We had to call their corporate headquarters each and every time we had questions, or even to find out the status of where and when we would be online producing energy. When we called to find out why we were not producing at the 95% guaranteed, they told us that we were in Northern California, therefore too far frim the equator to produce as much as a system on a home closer to the equator! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING!! Nope! That was just one of many rediculous answers given to us in response to our concerns. If you are thinking of putting solar on your house....think twice before choosing Sempre Solaris!! Buyer beware!! The most disturbing aspect is we bieved in this company because it was we believed in investing in a company founded by Marine veterans. SO disappointing!!

Genevieve was outstanding to deal with. She helped me and my husband compare her quote with the quotes we got from another company. She gave us her honest opinions and was able to answer our questions about financing options etc. She was very attentive, responsive and friendly. Trevor was our coordinator and he was sure the install went smoothly and was done correctly. Semper Solaris is wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for solar panels.
