My name is Hanson and I recently had an issue with my car and it needed to be sold as it is. Harvey the gentleman who answered my call set me up from start to finish to have the car taken away. Harvey was so polite and offered the best prices I had gotten all day ! Unlike other companies Harvey actually cared and took his time to listen, price and have it all go smoothly. I was really impressed with the service I received from Sell Your Problem Car. Both Harvey and Sean were really good. Sean in particular was most helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The payment was in my account within the time he promised and it was a smooth and painless transaction. The only fly in the ointment was caused by the collection company not collecting the car on the day they said they would and not making any effort to contact me (after I'd taken time off work and stayed in all day) to let me know that they wouldn't be coming but Sean sorted out another collection date as soon as he could once I told him the next day that there'd been a problem.

I cant believe how easy it was. More money than scrapping vehicle and literally 10 mins after I provided them all info I was paid and email from dvla to confirm I am no longer owner so quick

A really excellent service. Sadly my Land rover Discovery sport had a timing chain problem which was too expensive to repair. Fortunately I was put in touch with ‘sell your problem car’ and Sean who offered £1500. He was helpful and had the money in my bank straight away

From start to finish a slick and seamless service. My Audi A3’s cam belt failed and the engine seized. There was little hope of fixing the engine economically and I thought any value in the car was lost until I was told about this company. From the initial quoting to first contact Harvey Jones was first class throughout the whole process of the purchase of my car, giving me a fairly decent price considering its condition. Great contact from my first enquiry to the funds being in my account within minutes of finalising everything. Great honest and trustworthy service. At a time when I thought I had lost almost the entire value from a car that in working order was worth around £9k. It had a major engine issue and they gave me a better offer than anyone else by a long way, and left it open for 21 days and no pressure from them at all to take their offer. I was waiting for the catch and there wasn't one. Once I agreed to sell the car to them, the money was in my bank the same day, before having the car picked up the following week. In an area of the industry where I can imagine theres a lot of people who would take advantage of you in a situation like this, they seem to standout as different
