Come across these people and wondered…

Come across these people and wondered if they'd be interested in our hardware so we filled in the form and read the process just to be sat waiting for weeks just to never get a reply or any acknowledgement what so ever. Not a good look when they advertise this on their own website :
" SPEEDY VALUATIONS - MOST QUOTES PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS

SPEEDY COLLECTIONS - WE CAN ARRANGE URGENT SAME DAY COLLECTIONS

SPEEDY PAYMENTS - PAYMENTS MADE SAME DAY BY BANK TRANSFER"

Maybe they just didn't want it? fair enough but its not exactly nice to just leave people hanging who've took time out their day to fill in your forms and be polite to you just to get blanked..
