The UV lamp I ordered wasn’t working at all and it didn’t make any sense returning it back because they deduct 6 euro from the normal price of which i bought it for 7 euro so they would send 1 euro back .But the other products I ordered were perfect.

The condition of the products are good, however, one of the pair of shoes that I bought written on the website as size 34, but the actual size is 37, 38

Products were about as pictured, but mostly in worse shape than mentioned. Some measurements (at least length) would be nice with dresses.

Out of three orders I have had mostly good experiences. I've been super happy to make great finds and some nostalgic pieces (e.g. a top I used to have but sold ages ago) that I've been super happy to find!! But prepare yourself for some disasters. A product might be in absolutely horrible state and missing parts (like belt from coat, not mentioned in description, torn dirty pockets with gum inside). And in one order of multiple items a Burberry coat had no protective bag whatsoever, it was just showed into the box like trash. Eh. Still, worth it as I've made such great finds.

Condition listed as 'good'. Reality hole and several stains in the front of blouse. Not for me..

The clothes smell awful. Would be nicer that you dont wash them with scents. Hard to get the smell off and Im allergic.

Otherwise fast delivery and quality as promised.

Bought leg cover for stroller second hand. It came soon and in same shape as on pictures. I was confused from characteristic description "gray color", because it was almost black. So it came in very dark grey as on photos.

Returning items is a bit difficult and complicated, however, good overall.

Sellpy offers an excellent selection of products, it is very easy to find just that kind of clothes you are looking for, if you know your style and know what style you prefer in clothing and should even the brand of clothing you prefer to wear be clear to you, then only thing you need to know is your size and it is not hard at all to find on their website just the kind of clothes you have in mind and by the brand you prefer and there is wide range of sizes available so it’s hard thay you go wrong with this online clothing store. The prices are very reasonable, even when considering used clothes, but the clothes they accept to sell need to pass inspection and it seems that to be considered vendible the cloth has to be in very good shape and the clothes that are accepted to be sold must not be worn clearly, actually all the clothes I have purchased from Sellpy have every single one been in so good condition, that they have in practice been like new, but the price I had to pay to get those has been hardly a quarter (1/4 or 25%) of that what they would cost me should I bought them as new from some traditional clothing store, but I would say that no one could tell any difference between those clothes at least after then, when that brand new clothing would have been used couple of times and washed two times or so. And how convenient it is just to check with your laptop what clothes would be nice to order now and get the package in couple of days vs. that you would have to go shopping, drive to several clothing stores, try to find just that kind of style clothes you prefer and brand you would like to have and even if you find right style with right brand, it is not certain that there is right size available, but maybe they can order your size, you just need to wait a little.

I bought a "leather" bag that turned out to be cheap plastic bag.

The clothes quality and fast delivery were amazing. I'm so happy with what I ordered. I'm also happy to contribute with sustainability practices like buying second hand items. I'll definitely keep using the app!

The jacket I bought had faults that were not shown in description - badly patched hole, smells of fragrance. Also the product was clearly not checked properly as there was a used facemask in the pocket. Sizing on the label was different than in description.

This site overall could do better if some basic information was given of the products when readily available, say, model of the product etc. Now it is a guessing game. If you know, you know what you might be buying.

They did offer a return or 10% discount and no more

I ordered Peak Performance hoodie. It was so dirty that washing it three times in 60 degrees with vanish gold didn't help.
Huge disapointment!
