Seller Republic Review: Unsafe for Serious Sellers – Deletes Your Data, Hides Your Costs
I’ve given Seller Republic weeks of testing and detailed setup — and it has cost me time, margin, and nearly my confidence in automated repricing tools.
The system repeatedly deletes your manually entered fees, including FBM shipping costs, Amazon referral fees, and other critical cost data. Even when you enter the correct numbers and verify them live, they vanish without warning, often after syncs or re-uploads. There’s no audit log, no error message, and no protection against this happening.
Worse, the repricer continues to function after wiping your data, actively pushing prices that sell your stock at a loss. I discovered multiple live listings where I was losing up to £3 per unit — and the tool showed no alerts or signs that anything was wrong. If I hadn’t been monitoring manually, I would never have caught it.
The UI is misleading: fields like NON_FBA_SHIPPING_COST and OTHER_FEES are used in the repricing logic, but not shown reliably in the dashboard. What you see is not what the system is using — and what you input can disappear with no trace.
Seller Republic does not support accurate profit tracking, VAT handling, or cost protection unless you build your own spreadsheet system to constantly patch its flaws. This is unacceptable for a paid tool that claims to be seller-focused.
Bottom line: if you care about protecting your margins, having control over your pricing, and trusting your tool not to sabotage your data, avoid Seller Republic.
