I made a mistake in ordering an incorrect size. I reached out to them on a Saturday to get the size fixed and they responded within a few hours and corrected it. So friendly and understanding.

I made the terrible mistake of assuming the return window was 30 days, only to discover it was 15 days when I went to start the process. I really panicked and contacted customer service immediately. I received an incredibly warm and gracious email from Summer with an offer for a one time exception. My daughter refuses to wear anything other than Selkie dresses for special occasions, and I was so grateful to have this outstanding experience with her most beloved brand!

The customer service at Selkie is unreal. This is the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. They helped me with an exchange and made it SUPER easy for me to do, and even checked my measurements with me to make sure the new size would fit! I am extremely grateful. I love this company. The clothes are gorgeous and the customer service makes me want to come back for more!

My gown came without a garment bag and I let customer support know and they responded quickly and sent me one. It was a very pleasant experience.

I've reached out to Selkie's CS several times recently to help navigate changing guidelines around tariffs. In each interaction, I got prompt and helpful responses from the CS team that helped me make purchasing decisions. They've also helped me track down missing items and resolve shipping queries, and in an incredibly friendly and polite fashion.

Summer at Selkie customer support is great! Super pleasant and got my problem fixed fast! I sent them an email because I put the wrong address on my package and she got it changed before the shipment went out.

They have rearranged their website layout for mobile use and it is much easier to shop!
