Very bad experience with Selgros.

Very bad experience with Selgros.

We purchased equipment that worked for only 1–2 weeks and then stopped working. It has now been almost one month, and we are still waiting for a solution.

- No repair
- No replacement
- No refund
- No proper explanation

We contacted them multiple times and even sent our staff to their location three times. Each time, they were just smiling and not taking the issue seriously, without understanding the loss this is causing to our business.

Every time they say “today” or “tomorrow,” but nothing happens.

Because of this poor service, we have decided that we will not buy anything from Selgros again.

Very disappointing service. Not recommended.
