We stayed at Melograno 2 villa, which exceeded our expectations. Communication and booking through Aldo was seamless and accommodating. He was very helpful, offered a lot of local tips and made us feel very welcome on our first day.

The villa itself was great, well equipped with everything we needed with even some complimentary supplies. The grounds were neat and tidy, well looked after. The pool and sunbathing area offered good privacy.

Whilst the villa is not on a main road and one has to drive up on a small local road to find it, it feels remote and quaint - perfect for a relaxing stay, whilst the nearby towns offer all the amenities, grocers, bakeries,etc, a short drive away.

Second time we booked our holiday house with "Select Sicily". This time we booked the house is called "Casa Melegrano II". Beautifull place to relax, very stylish with cool designed modern rooms, perfect for a family with kids. The beds are very comfortable (thats not usual :-), and the surrounding with the smart pool was also beautifull. We enjoyed the nature round the house, very calm and a extreme friendly Housekeeper, who was looking for the pool every day etc. And another thing: the house comes with a fantastic wifi net (never find that before in sicily in holiday houses). So also thanks Aldo, for advice us to find this outstanding place near by the sea with this charming character.

The villa looks good on the photos but is even better when you get there. Very comfortable with a huge living room and kitchen, perfect for a family holiday. The views from the porch across the vineyards to the sea are beautiful and there is no traffic noise. The beach at Lido dei fiori is 3km away and worth a visit. The Greek temples of Selinunte are a 15 min drive away and those of Agrigento and Segesta about 1 to 1h30 away. Villa Le Cicale made our stay in Sicily very enjoyable.

Flat accorded with description. There was an exception for heating costs, which was presented as an "extra" but this was waived on push back

Stayed for a week in September at the Melograno II property. Aldo was extremely helpful, friendly and trustworthy. He even accommodated our midnight arrival, met us as per our arrangement and took us to the house. We had a great vacation in a beautiful house and Aldo was the one thad made it possible. Thanks

Excellent service from Aldo and Select Sicily! We booked 2 weeks at two different villas with Aldo in South West Sicily. Booking was seamless, easy and accommodating. The villas themselves were wonderful. Our second villa - Seven Islands in Marsala was exceptional. We were in awe of the many verandas to enjoy the views and the stunning sunsets. The pool and jacuzzis were perfect to relax in during the day, and the villa was well equipped with everything we needed and more for a perfect holiday. We especially liked small touches like a stocked wine cellar and availability of a in-house chef, and the little town of Mazara Del Vello nearby was great for evenings out. All in all, a great suggestion from Aldo - thank you - we’re very grateful for making our time in Sicily unforgettable.

The whole experience with Select Sicily was brilliant- from the booking,directions, assistance from Aldo, welcome hamper, lovely owner, to the villa itself. The villa is geared for outdoor living with beautiful gardens, lovely pool and ample furniture. Internally, everything was very clean, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens.
Although the town, Marinella di Selinunte isn't particularly charming, it has everything one needs - supermarkets, bakeries, butcher, greengrocer, restaurants, ATMs etc and a beach. The archaeological site (5 minutes drive from the house) on the other hand, is spectacular! Especially at sunset.
We really enjoyed our stay at Selinunte Retreat and would definitely recommend Select Sicily and Aldo.

The villa is a very well restored ancient Sicilian farmhouse set in a typical mediterranean landscape. The villa is wide, comfortable and quite with common spaces that allow an easy stay for residents. Very well equipped.Located in a place that allows you easily visit any place in the western part of the island. Very good relation price/quality.

Absolutely incredible stay at a villa near Selinunte with Select Sicily. Aldo is very trustworthy, took a cash security deposit at the beginning of the stay and chased us to return the cash in full at the end of our week.

The photographs of the Villa on their website looked too good to be true, looked like a film set. The photographs didn’t lie in any aspect. The villa was simply stunning and very well maintained

Family of 4, we spent one week in late July at Casa Palmi.

The booking process with Select Sicily went well as well as the support of Aldo during our stay at Casa Palmi.

Mr. and Mrs. Palmineri welcomed us warmly with a brief visit of their beautiful house. The house is modern (well isolated which is a great asset in warm Sicily), fully equipped, well located (close to local shops for basics like bread, meat and fresh vegetables and fruits), with nice and quiet beaches within walking distance.

Close is also the open air cinema which, depending on the movie, can become a little noisy but all in all, a fantastic spot for relaxing holidays.

We had a great time and would go back if possible one day.

Our family (4 people) with two friends have spent two magical weeks in the Villa Ciclade. The property was maintained very well - we saw wine fields and the sea from our terrasse. In the evening the terrasse was nice and cosy. The furniture and equipment has been perfect and Rosa Maria cooked soooo good for us!! Aldo gave us a warm welcome and helped us, wherever he could. The pool was fresh and clean and we enjoyed it to swim every morning. The place ist protected and we felt so well there. We enjoyed the vegetable garden and wine tress surrounding the villa. The gardener and the staff has been so friendly! Day trips to Sciacca, Agrigento area, Selinunte, Sambuca, Valle del Mazara etc. were very easy from this location. It was an outstanding Villa, hard to leave at the end of two beautiful weeks.

We were 2 families who just spent a magical week in i Cipressi Villa. Aldo was a pleasure to deal with and the property was very well maintained not to mention beautifully decorated and well equipped. The pool deck and kids’ play area (right off the children’s bedroom) were terrific. We enjoyed the vegetable garden and fruit tress surrounding the villa. Day trips to Sciacca, Agrigento area, Selinunte etc. were very easy from this location. It was an outstanding Villa, hard to leave at the end of a beautiful week.

Review for Casa Alba in Sciacca:
The booking, arrival & introductio absolutely perfect. A wonderful villa & pool with a view better than any TV program. The villa is very well equipped, cleaning service once a week, a very friendly gardener twice a week, he also takes care of the pool.
Straight down the hill is a nice beach and Sciacca a quaint little town
This place is gorgeous and easy to reach from Palermo airport.
5 stars, absolutely!

Review for the house casa palmi in Triscina:

We booked the house for 2 weeks in the end of june.
The communication and the booking process with Aldo was perfect.
At the arrivle Mr. and Mrs. Palmieri explained us her beautiful house and give us an great welcome paket with many things and even selvemade olive oil and liqueur.
We have booked many other houses but this one was the best house which we have ever booked. It is so great 😉. Very well equipt and modern. The pizza oven with olive wood is fantastic. The terrace with the pool and the rooftop with the seaview is perfect for relaxing.
Theres a butcher and a baker only a few meters away. You musst try the arancini with different filling at the butchery. The beach at the ende of the street is not so big but not crowded. In the middel of Triscina and Tre Fontane are also great beaches only 5 min away.
Selinunte is only 20 min away. It has many greek tempel and a nice port.
