I tried to sign in with new account and I couldn’t , is complicated
The message I had was like couldn’t find the zip code and the number I had from the customer service

My Select Security Review

Very happy with the system and the service. My only issue has to do with the system outdoor branding. We have had this system for over 1 year since Select took over the old company, and we still do not have outdoor signage or door/window decals that spell out that the house is protected by Select Security. It would be nice to hear from someone.

Unhappy customer

Last time I accidentally set my alarm off Select Security never called me to see if I was being robbed. So I called them and nobody answered or responded at all. That’s ridiculous.

Then I wanted to cancel and I was informed that although I’m out of contract, I have to pay 2 extra months, then return my equipment, THEN they’ll process my cancellation.

Its a good company to be with they just…

Its a good company to be with they just take to long to come on voice people out and the general manager ken lucci is very rude and disrespectful i have been asking for president to call back but still hasnt called after i was told he would other than that the company is good.

Select security is delivering Excellence every day. I will recommend them to all my family members, friends, and coworkers. I'm very pleased with their service and equipment. Glad I switched to them from Comcast.

I have always had a good experience with the customer service and tech support departments at Select Security. The tech that installed my equipment was punctual and very knowledgeable about the product and services. I would recommend Select Security.

The whole team is great!

Everyone on the team that handles my account is responsive and helpful. The installation was so well done. The equipment works great and I love the remote feature to arm and disarm my system. Also, it is so comforting to be able to see who is at my door before I open it. I have recommended this company and the service I get to my friends and I will continue to do so.
