Quick service and quality product. Initial package had a piece missing but customer service was quick to respond and rectify the issue.

If I could give them no stars I would. Poor quality hanging basket liners, they are not round, it looks like they have been run through concrete mixer. They are terrible a total waste of time and money.

Good product at a very fair price, quick delivery all well packed and received in very good condition. One item had a part missing, the replacement was with me in two days without quibble. Good reliable service.

Very pleased with the service we have received. The ordering process was easy and turnaround was good. Unfortunately one of the items arrived damaged, we sent a message and a couple of photos, Dawn replied very quickly and the replacement arrived the next morning, so thank you Dawn.

After recently ordering items from Garden selections on line, I received many updates of the order been processed, plus it’s progress during delivery of its. It’s received in good time to my home.
Sadly upon opening consignment two minor fittings on my items were missing, these were missing in pre packed plastic sleeves I guess from the manufacturers.
Nevertheless upon contacting Garden Selections by email to inform of the missing parts, I was assured the parts would be despatched as soon as I provided photos of missing parts by email. Garden Selections were as good as their word, within a few days I received the missing items.
I’d like to thank Dawn who dealt with this minor issue, handled in a proficient and professional manner.

I was gifted a greenhouse via not on the high street, loved it. Unfortunately 1 panel was slightly damaged so I contacted Selections directly with some photos and was promptly sent a replacement. I've assembled the greenhouse today and am delighted. Thank you!!

I placed my order through Amazon. The item arrived on the stated delivery date but damaged. I decided to contact Garden Selection directly with images attached. I was very pleased to receive a prompt response, but also from Dawn, a named member of the Customer Service team. A replacement was received within the 2-3 days promised. Thank you for a quality service and product.

Repeat customer. Products ordered have been good and as described.
Sadly recent order was a few days late on advised delivery via their poor courier Yodel. When I contacted customer service there was little help or assistance apart from due dates are only estimated and to wait wait wait.
Unfortunately that's let you down and it's a customer lost.
