BOught a scarf for my mom

And I feel I like overpaid a bit because I saw something of similar quality at the other place, but its ok because I already bought.
The quality is still great and she loved the present so I think mission is accomplished. My only suggestion to htem would be dropping the prices a bit. Or at least make discouts so people can buy when you do.

Sefamerve is now completely scamming…

Sefamerve is now completely scamming global customers. They took my $300 + and refused to send me my items nor my refund. I'm going to report their store name to every Blacklisted and scam Domain Authorities so that Google can officially and completely remove and flag sefamerve as non credited and online search scammers. This is a dirty trick thief and you must be reported.

No order, no refund!

I used to order a lot of lovely clothes from this shop. However, since few years their services went really bad. Last order I tried to do in May. After almost one month waiting and seeing my order is "being packed" I have contacted customer service about the order, they told me that the item will be shipped very soon. Hearing that I have asked to cancel the order and get my money back. Now, I am waiting again for my refund almost one month. I was told after contacting customer service that there is an issue with international payments. I am still waiting without hope that I'll ever get my money back. Don't buy anything from this company, because they are not reliable at all.

My order was not delivered to me, no refund from Sefamerve

My order was not delivered to me. I reached out to support and initially they said they were checking in with cargo. After not receiving any updates, I emailed three times over 2 weeks to get a refund and no response, radio silence.

Luckily I made my payment through PayPal, so I was able to get a refund that way. But please don't buy from here you may not get your order and they don't seem to want to give you a refund. Even on my tracking information it said delivered to unknown, TR. Seems like it never left Turkey.

They are thieves!!

Please people don’t order here anything!! They are thieves!!! I ordered some clothes for my mom, for mothersday 2024! First they informed me that they cannot send 1 item, so they will send me back the money. They payed that in june 2024 after few reminders from me. The rest of te package I didn’t receive. Till now I am discussing to get my own money back!! No clothes received at all and they keep my money!

Scam company

I bought clothes from safamerve once before and had no problem. But this second time, the package has been stucked with them for three weeks, their excuse is that they have a systematic problem... They also answered in a very rude manner. For what I have seen in the reviews, it seems they have use similar excuses with other clients, how odd. I believe this business is a scam and they steal people money. As a musilm convert who struggles to find modest clothes in my country this is very frustrating, they are giving bad image to the Turks and muslim comunity, shame on them.

I don’t even want to give any star for…

I don’t even want to give any star for their service.
First, they were not able to deliver my order but the status on their app was already delivered. They said it’s a “technical problem”.
So I just requested for a refund since the delivery is really taking a long time.
And until now, I still haven’t received that refund!
It’s been 6 months now!
Their reason? They always have a kind of problem or issue that is yet to be resolved!!!!!!

I have ordered an order since April 2024 and it takes so long time and nothing was shipped so I started contacting them that I need my money back
They kept replying with emails that my case will be solved and I will have my money and ultil NOW february 2025 I didnt receive my money!!!

Refund Failure

I used to buy from Sefa Merve regularly few years ago, and the experience was fine then.

But they are now in the business of sitting on their customers’ money with no accountability.

Like many of the recent reviewers below — I placed an order in September, did not receive any shipping updates, waited a month and then cancelled my order — and I’m still fighting for a refund after three months.

Customer service is useless and just says “we will assist you as soon as possible”

A real shame. I would never buy from them again even if I get my refund.

Order not sent, refund not paid back

Hi, i have ordered Modest Swimwear on 6 July 2024 for a summer holiday and it has been over 6 months, order never arrived. Every time I contact customer service, they reply with the same Congratulations your order is processed etc. Customer service mail says they will refund but they have not refunded me. It is frustrating to say the least. I will never shop from them again.

I ordered for a dress of 20euros on 07/04/2024. I didn't get the product or the refund yet. I cancelled the product by July as the customer mail always highlight 'technical issues'. Unfortunately I read the reviews now only :(

I made 2 orders

I made 2 orders, one on 03/06 after payment I realized that I had chosen the wrong size, I cancelled it, the second on 04/02, almost 6 months have passed and I still have not received a refund or even the shipping, I have contacted customer service many times, the response is always the same, we reported the problem, we ask you to be patient.
Don't buy from them, they are thieves, today I filed a complaint.

Going on 3 months of fighting for a refund

Previously had no issues ordering from this company in 2022, 2020. Like many other people on this website, I placed an order in August and they were unable to fulfill it due to "supply chain issues" and I am still fighting for a refund. Deeply disappointing, frustrating and financially stressful. Customer service continues to blame infrastructure issues that they are working to resolve, but I don't know whether to believe them.

its been almost 3months of waiting for my refund. and still no refund from this company. I am planning to go to my local bank to claim issue of order not received from the said supplier. I hope my local bank can still retrieve my money from them since I paid via credit card. my only worry is its past 3months since I ordered.

Frustrating Experience, No more orders from Sefamerve

I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Sefamerve recently. While I had been a satisfied customer in the past, especially with my orders last year, my latest experience has been incredibly frustrating.
It has now been over two months since I placed my order, and I still have not received the items or the refund after I requested to cancel the order. Every time I reach out to customer service, I am told that the issue will be escalated to the relevant department, but nothing has been done. It’s been the same unfulfilled promises with no resolution in sight.
After this experience, I’ll be looking for other sellers who can deliver on their promises and provide the level of service I value.

Update: after writing several emails (almost on a daily basis), they finally refunded my payment! so never give up if you are experiencing same issue!

So bad

this website is a total scam. Don't even think about buying from them. They'll try to trick you by sending you a fake tracking number and claiming your order was shipped, but it's all a lie. I waited for three months, and nothing ever came. I had to open a case on PayPal to get my money back. If I hadn't paid through PayPal, I would've been out of luck. Stay away from this website specially if you live in Europe!

Disappointed

Used to order from Sefamerve without a problem but last order was never shipped. I could never get a straight answer from customer service as to why a simple order was taking so long to ship. After waiting about a month and seeing that they simply were not handing over my order to UPS, I attempted to cancel the order through the Sefamerve app with no success. They only started paying attention to me when I had my credit card company reverse the transaction. At that point, they offered to cancel the order and give me a refund but I told them that my bank had already handled it. I’m very disappointed because I’d had a good experience with this company in the past.

Tried to steal my money...

I've been Sefamerve's loyal customer for so many years but not gonna buy anything ever again! They literally tried to STEAL my money... I made an order 26th of April and didn't get any shipping info. I contacted them twice in May and they kept saying shipping office has a problem so they can't do anything with it. Later in June they LIED that they had shipped the order but when I contacted UPS, they told me Sefamerve has not given them proper info to make a shipping and that I needed to contact Sefamerve for that. After many many emails, I finally managed to cancel my order and asked for a full refund in June. Guess what, they LIED AGAIN about the refund and never gave the money. I contacted them via Paypal in July and still nothing came to my bank account. Finally I took the case to Paypal itself and Paypal managed to get the refund in August. I literally gave a fight for 3 months!
