Place a large order and unfortunately two switches had a little damage on arrival. Customer services were superb despatching replacements immediately.

Ordered on the 1st November and still not here (now the 11th), nor have we had any communication from them and there's no number to call.
We had an electrician booked to complete our kitchen and give us some lights and still waiting.
Very frustrated.

If this was free postage, then I'd have to put up with the delay in receiving the item. But paid £4.50 postage so I would expect prompt delivery but seeswitches havent even dispatched even though on their email they claim the order is complete.

I ordered a pop up deck USB port from Seeswitches. It was faulty. I emailed Seeswitches. Their customer service was faultless. A new desk pot was dispatched and arrived a day later.The initial pop up had arrived promptly and I was impressed with how quickly it arrived. But I've been even more impressed by the amazing no quibble response. Thank you so much.

This is the second time ordering from See Switches and both times the customer service was great, very quick and helpful replies. The products work and look good as well.
I ordered the wrong dimmer switch and they were very kind to send a replacement (to ensure the item was not faulty), then sent me a slightly different model which ended up working perfectly.

Rapid responses from customer service. Replaced incorrect order. Replaced faulty goods and gave some stuff on the house. Literally best customer service I've experienced
