Wonderful tech support

The tech support for the Sensecap miners is great. I've had to make tickets twice and each time the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I'm very appreciative of the support Seeed provides. I always recommend Sensecap miners to friends because it's a good product and the tech support is outstanding.

Mario in Support was AMAZING

I spoke to Mario in support. First off I was really impressed that there was a real person to speak to and not a BOT.

Mario was amazing, he provided me with all the answers to my questions and more. If I am absolutely honest this is amazing Customer Support and I wish more companies had service like this.

Mario, you did your company proud. I feel like I can reach out when I need help without issues.

Amazing company!

Seeed Studio has excellent products with a very good level of quality.
The SENSECAP MX customer service team is amazing, it's really great and appreciable to have an available and responsive assistance, with ticket system and live chat on Discord. Thanks again Mario for your time and support!
