I was a loyal customer for many years. I placed an order in March and no seeds arrived. No confirmation email but money taken from my account. Sent numerous contact forms via their website as well as many emails to their customer service, but never received a response. Ended up having to get a refund via my bank. Absolutely disgraceful service and I feel it has become a scam. The website needs shut down.

Have used this supplier for several years without problem, until the latest order. One item was sent incorrectly (celeriac instead of the celery that was ordered). I never judge a company on their mistakes, but I do judge on how they resolve the problems. Several emails have been sent with absolutely no acknowledgement ir response. Lesson learned - I will never use them again!

I have been buying seeds from SP for couple of years now, never had a problem.
Good quality seeds

Placed order NJYGFRRLZ on 06.08.25. for veg seeds, it was delivered nearly 2 wks later with seeds missing. I have made 3 attempts to contact this seller but have had no response at all, this appears to be a common complaint with this seller here on trust pilot, which I wish now I had looked at before I ordered.
I will never buy from them again and would highly recommend that you don’t either.

Awesome deals, bought 4 packs of seeds for free apart from postage recently and they have arrived today. I have also bought seeds from them in the past with the same type of bargain. Usually deliver quickly as well!

Two days ago I placed an order with Seed Parade. The website was easy to navigate and had plenty of choice of seeds for flowers, vegetables and sundries. Their prices are great too. My seeds arrived today by Royal Mail 1st class post. All was packed and labelled very well with a decent shelf life on each packet. Will certainly be using this
company in future.

Have used them for several years with no problems. This year our runners beans were mouldy. I emailed for a refund or replacement and they haven't even responded. Will go elsewhere for next time. Poor customer service.

I have been a regular user since 2017 and have always been pleased with the good value and quality. I have shopped around but find these guys hard to beat on price. Also nice touch on their website on the advice on growing of the different plants. Very useful for identifying blight-resistant crops.

Ordered garlic, fertiliser and winter onions, knowing that they wouldn't be posted out until start of October. No sign by about 12th so sent email as reminder. Immediate response that would be posted out at start of week and so they were, everything as ordered. Many thanks. As a regular customer, I do not recognise negative comments of others. Find them reliable and good value for money (JMcC)

I've used this company several times. Their seeds are very reasonably priced, especially when they have a flash sale on. Germination is good, delivery time is a little slower than others I've used, but definitely within acceptable time frame.

I was starting to worry after reading the reviews. The seeds took just over 2 weeks to arrive but they are all here and I shall be sowing today!

I've had quite a few seeds from this company over the last couple of years, they've always been a bit hit an miss but no one expects 100% germination so didn't bother much as they are so cheap. I did contact them on one occasion but never got a reply, I bought quite a few seeds towards the end of last year for sowing this year on allotment, the first one I sowed this year were mammoth onion seeds out of 100 none germinated at the same time I sowed 20 Kelsae from a different supplier all of which germinated so I have to say the seeds were not viable. As I cant now trust any seeds from seed parade I will scrap the lot and buy elsewhere. The morral has to be You get what you pay for.

Order came quite quickly only it was missing some seeds. Absolutely no response to emails. Dreadful customer service.

So I am not one for moaning, I placed an order on the 13th August, today is the 19th October - and not a seed has been delivered.
I have tried sending emails, contact us on their website multiple times - not a peep.
All I can see is they sent it using British Mail - with no tracking.
I have Ring camera at my door and no postman has been at my door delivering a package..
I have ordered 13 packs of seed on order LKOFFODWG sort this out!

Five orders so far and I've had great seeds and great customer service from this company.

I have ordered a few times and every time the seeds have been perfect and the delivery very prompt. Over the weekend I tried to place another order but the system wouldn’t let me pay, I emailed in and got a very quick response, the issue was dealt with and I received my seeds this morning just 24 hours. This is exceptional customer service, very helpful, fast and polite. Can’t fault thank you.

Have ordered from these guys a couple of times. Postage is quick and I've never had any problems with any missing items.

Order arrived fine, all items there but 8 out of 21 packets of seeds very short dates.

The quality of some of the seeds is pretty suspect too. Many of the squash seeds to not look viable at all.

Clear plastic bags are not good for storing seeds either, they let in light and make the seeds sweat.

I won't use them again.

been using these guys for a few years now and i cant fault them, seeds are good and i personally get a good germination rate. delivery is good and seeds are well packaged. seeds are value for money and there flash sales are better, but i seem to miss them 😁 be good if they tried plug plants to see how it goes and i cant remember if they do seed trays etc but if they dont and they did i would also purchase these from seed parade too.
so all good im a happy customer, i will admit the response to emails is slow to non existence maybe they could improve and try to acknowledge customer queries quicker, but i will be back soon to purchase moor.
