Helpful, simple and quick process
Filling in the forms was super easy with each section explained. If any information was missing when the form was sent back, they were quick to email requesting further information alongside descriptions of what they required.

Very intrusive process
Very intrusive process. I had a couple of brief gaps in employment where I was having time off after taking redundancy or finishing a contract and had my bank statements trawled over with a fine tooth comb. Questions about money coming in which was all from legitimate sources but felt like I was a suspect. I was told it was just in relation to the gaps in employment but then I was asked for statements from when I was employed and the same thing again - querying my personal finances. I felt this was OTT. I have not had this experience with any other vetting process. When I tried to call in, the line kept cutting off. On one occasion, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then got cut off again. Very frustrating overall and I felt like I was trying to be caught out for something!
