Reliable company
I had a problem with delivery due to the Royal Mail delay which finally delivered the item after a very long time. I thought item was lost and informed SecureFix Direct about it. Seller sent a replacement item. Very reliable seller and great and friendly customer service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service.
I have had two orders fulfilled by securefix, the first for a winch which was priced well and was delivered very quickly. The second order was for some bow shackles I needed for a specific job which was cancelled at the last minute. I emailed SecureFix to see if I could cancel the order and the person dealing with my request, Jason, could not have been more helpful and sorted out a refund almost immediately, despite the order being on route. Excellent customer service.

I bought a boat hook from secureFix when it arrived it was that bent even the postman asked if it was meant to be that shape. I let them know Just so they could change courier or make amendments to packaging. Jason offered me a refund or replacement straight away even though it was not their fault. I would certainly use and recommend this company to any of my family and friends 1st class👍👍

Best customer service ever experienced
We ordered a canoe trolley, however on unpacking found it wasn’t quite the right item. We messaged via eBay and Jason responded almost instantly on a bank holiday and posted the correct item next day delivery free of charge. As a goodwill gesture they even asked me to keep the original item.
This is by far the best customer service I have ever received, online or in the shops.....my faith in mankind is restored.

Ordered a 3 kgs stainless anchor from Jason, unfortunately ,item was lost in post. On contacting Jason he offered a bigger anchor as replacement which arrived in 2 days.no extra charge.
This one turned out to be too heavy for me.
As soon as I mentioned this, I was offered to have it collected, with full refund

Outstanding Customer Service
I received two items which were faulty. I received a reply the same day and an offer of a refund or two tested items. I went for the refund and the same day was told that a refund had been applied to my account. This was incredible customer service. Apologetic, friendly and efficient. Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery, good prices and I'm pleased with my Ace 1600 wire rope puller, looks pretty bomb proof to me. I would have liked to be able to phone re. a couple of queries but the online chat sufficed. I will use again.
