Don't bother with this keypad / kit…

Don't bother with this keypad / kit ECK-02N keypad or Deedlock APX15 Keypad stand alone kit etc. PSU three attempts all looked used and were scratched, labels were even put on unevenly. The keypad took 3 days to fit, with the seal falling off in the way on each attempt, the tiny screw underneath not ever in line.
Attempted to space from wall, and removed the seal, in the end with three people managed to get the screw in by cross threading it.
Item seems to work fine, but design and case terrible.
As an experienced electrician, with over 40 years experience in the security alarm business fitting a unit to a new, flat plasterboard wall should not be this difficult should it?
