I contacted Securasound on 12/03/2025 via email as I was looking to replace a faulty Dorcas N412/SX door strike.
Grace replied within minutes to confirm the like for like replacement part number advertised on their site.
The replacement door strike arrived the following day and was installed with no issues.
Great service, correspondence and price - I'd have no hesitation in recommending and using Securasound again.
AVOID !!!! The company falsely advertisers items and then sends alternatives, when you complain about it they say you can return but they will charge you 10% restocking fee!!! Like if I had the time I would argue this out in court and with trading standards cos nobody would order Next and receive Primark and be happy!!

Contacted Securasound by email for information regarding a replacement for my door entry system, very quick reply and very knowledgeable on the systems available. Did not try to sell me the dearest option and delivery was quick.
New system did have a fault but one phone call to Jason had the problem solved, replacement unit sent out overnight and now working perfectly.

Ordered a replacement lock for our front door. Arrived promptly. On delivery found that it's not the size we need, decided to return.
So instead of £50, I was refunded £33. after contacting them they explained they may charge 20% restocking and 10% handling fee. Not a bad margin even customer finds item is not what they need?
So no wonder they don't have any reviews system implemented on their website, I should have listened my gut before placing an order with them. Hope that will help someone to avoid these guys.
