The entire experience was absolutely disgusting! They are literally stuffing their reviews with fake five star reports .I’m reporting this “lab” for fraud.They literally drag their feet to waste time so you have no recourse for chargeback. Just make sure you file a complaint swiftly. Do not wait for them to make it right. They won’t. Also if you have an issue make sure you do a charge back before 90 days. These people will attempt to steal your money. I do not know how they are still in business. Very heart breaking to see so many people get scammed by them.

I ordered the most expensive set of veneers from this company. The website has anyone believe that you will receive the service and goods you paid for with reasonable customer service. I had to return and retake impressions three times before I had to ask for a refund because the whole experience was proving to be very costly in time, effort and money. This is when I began to be alienated from the team with absolutely no reply or communication. The company has no phone line to actually speak to anyone and deliberately cooperated with customers to a certain stage before being completely left abandoned with no veneers or money. The worst customer service experience I have ever received. Do not invest any money into this combat because you will receive nothing

I’m actually heartbroken, I’ve been researching these for so long and they’ve arrived this morning, the edges are so sharp I can’t wear them, they look absolutely awful, like comedy teeth you buy for £1 online, they’re so thick to the point I can’t close my mouth properly, there’s gaps at the back of both of them and it just collects saliva again making them unwearable, this is the worst possible outcome to purchasing something I’ve wanted to boost my confidence on for years, in my opinion, avoid at all costs

do not waste your time or money. the quality of this product is laughable for what they charge. they literally look like the fake teeth you can buy at Party City. good thing there are so many other negative reviews (class action lawsuit ;)

Honestly secret veneers are the best! I can’t thank them enough for the confidence boost and my veneers look so natural and I am always getting complements on them! I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

Amazing, me and my partner have had the normal clip in veneers for around a year and half, we upgraded to ultra thin, best decision, amazing quality product.

Beware of this SCAM of a company, especially if you are in the US! They mislead consumers terribly (you have to pay for shipping separately- even after you pay for the product), they don’t do as they promise in regards to responding to emails in 48 hrs, they mislead about their “expedited services,” that cost $150, and they scam you by making you pay $100 for a kit they send (even if you request a refund and cancel your order ahead of them sending it), and will hold your money until you pay out of pocket to ship it back over seas (even though you are led to believe they will send a prepaid label like the other company’s do to make things simpler for the consumer), and are a nightmare to deal with. What this company has done is nothing short of a total SCAM where they are refusing to refund $738 US dollars that I paid on February 28, 2022. I ordered a full set of veneers and paid an extra $150 for what I thought was expedited shipping. After not receiving any alert or info about my order being shipped within three days of paying for my order, I had to cancel my order and request a full refund.I sent two emails emphasizing that I had paid the extra $150 for expedited services only because I needed my veneers for an event on March 17, 2022, and since they hadn’t even shipped the kit yet, I needed to cancel my order and get a refund. I did this in a timely manner, and BEFORE they had even shipped a kit to me! They promise a response within 48 hrs, but no one responded until an entire week had gone by. My emails stressed that I had an important event on March 17, 2022, and since the kit hadn’t even shipped yet, I related that I would not be able to use their company’s products or services for time constraints. Despite these facts, the rep that finally replied a week later (Ella), completely disregarded all of my concerns and reasons for requesting a refund, apologized for a delayed response, blamed Covid, and stated that the kit was already sent (conveniently AFTER I asked for a refund. She also clarified that the “expedited” fees had no bearing on shipping, only production of the veneers. She completely ignored my concerns over my deadline, and my vehement request for a full refund as well. I sent a reply to her late response explaining that I had asked for a refund and did not want to use their company for anything given the extremely slow processing and non-existent communication from them. I waited two weeks after repeatedly requesting a refund of $737.69 with no response from the company whatsoever), and finally received a email reply from the rep Ella asking me to return their impression kit unopened, and she would then refund my money. I was outraged by this rep’s ignorance towards the situation and her inability to take accountability for not contacting the postal service to request the kit be returned. It was her fault for not doing her job in a timely manner; yet, she continues to ask me to do her job for her by returning the kit. That would have been ok if it would not have been an out of pocket cost to me, but upon checking with my PO Box company who had the kit sitting there, I discovered that I would be responsible for shipping costs that were outrageous! That is unacceptable. I cancelled before they even mailed it out. I’m not paying for that, and this company is refusing to refund my $737,69 until I pay for their many errors and complete Scam. I never used anything, received anything, but they are retaining my $737.69 for what? I read another review where they did the same to another customer, so it seems they are sending out $5 kits, and when the consumer finds out they have to pay shipping separate (which isn’t disclosed anywhere until it’s too late), then they charge them the $100 they say the kit costs even though their customs disclosure says the kit is only worth $5! What a racket! I have sent several emails since explaining they are in the wrong, haven’t responded as promised, ignore the customer’s concerns, and are forcing consumers to pay for their negligence. That’s outrageous. I want my money back or I am contacting legal authorities over these matters I think this business fails to realize that customer service is a huge part of being profitable, and bad reviews cost thousands in lost profits! If they can’t recognize that, then they need to close shop. Go somewhere else guys!

Well what can I say the impression kits are very easy to use to home and come withing a few days. After 14 days I received my veneers at first I didnt know it I liked them I think this is because I never smile with my teeth. But now I love them they have given me confidence and actually made me happy looking at myself in photos again. I get married this August and I cannot wait to show off my beaming smile ☺️

Really impressed by the customer service. I had several issues with the product unfortunately and in the end the director James personally emailed me to see how he could help. He took the time to get my feedback and evaluate how they could find a solution.

I think he took it as a personal defeat that I couldn’t get mine to fit properly. In the end he offered to work with me moving forwards and find an alternative solution, as well as that he offered me a full refund. I was one of the rare cases where the product wasn’t suitable.

James truly cares about his customers and the outcome they wish to achieve. He was really enthusiastic about wanting to help and ensure I was satisfied.

Felt really looked after and in the end have to say I would recommend giving these a try to anybody who is considering it.

I can't recommend secret veneers enough!! I did my research and watched every single YouTube veneer video there is to see which company to go with and this company was by far the best, they look the realest and the transformation was just incredible! I was so excited to have them and feel good about myself! They are a perfect fit and they look amazing! I absolutely love them! I've had them over a year now and I will never be without them! If you're reading this wondering whether these are the ones for you THEY ARE!!!

Ella ! Was great in me receiving my veeners !. Well well well I have to say I freaking love you guys so much you don’t even understand I’m literally crying ! I’m so much more handsome with my teeth ! Idec what anyone is saying regards to you guys being a scam it’s total stupidity but It is because they can’t even do a simple impressions then blame it when it comes out looking like a fish , not everything is a scam !. But I just got mine and tried them on and my word I love you and the whole team ! I’ll be doing a before and after ! Love the secret veeners team ! The whole process was so quick wow and they look so great . No I’m not a so called poxy payed reviewer lol I’m 19 and live in east London I got the veeners for my own personal reason and funny enough I myself was skeptic after seeing all these bad reviews but when I got mine for myself I can truly say please don’t jump to conclusions in regards to the company being a “Scam” honestly they aren’t I myself know that and already knew that !.

I ordered a replacement arch as I had lost the original. When it arrived it didnt fit,I needed this replacement for my hen do. With just a week to go I was so upset and thought I wouldn't be smiling in any of the pictures. after what seemed like forever trying to get it right the head if the lab James emailed me. To say james went above and beyond to get me my veneers is a understatement. He called me personally and we discussed what I needed and he assured me he would get them to me in time. He called me on monday, I had a new impression kit by Tuesday and sent them back the same day. He received them Wednesday. I received my veneers on Thursday!! They are perfect, he had listened to everything I said. My hen is Saturday and I will 100% be smiling now. I honestly cant thank him enough. As I'd had so much stress about it he made me an extra set too.

I have sent my impressions back, proof of posting and receipt and been told, not received. I paid £99 for the impression kit. Ive tried to contact on many occasions to be ignored. I believe they have pocketed my funds as when I first contacted them, a woman called Ella, she was more than helpful. It's taken weeks so far. Completely vanished. No call number so cannot speak to anyone. Don't pay up front it's a scam

This company is a fraud. I have been sold a faulty product:

* The 'veneers' are the same grade as plastic joke teeth
* They taste like plastic and look like plastic
* They are huge
* They lack definition so it looks like one giant tooth at the front
* They don't fit over my teeth, they lift and pop off
* They show my gum line

Imagine trying to eat and drink in them, like SV proclaim? (Laughs to self)

The service from this company has been shocking; Appalling product and zero communication. I can't believe they are getting away with selling plastic joke teeth for hundreds of pounds.

It's quite clear that SV are paying people to leave good reviews, claiming that their veneers are "life changing and amazing" It's so cringe and infuriating.

You won't get away with this scam forever Secret Veneers. Shame on Ella Carron Brown and JPD dental laboratories.

Along with many other of your disgruntled customers I'm currently seeking legal action and will be reporting this scam to Trading Standards.

Please don't believe the positive reviews, they have been paid off. There's no way anyone could be happy with this product!

One year I’ve been sending moulds back and forth desperately hoping that the issue would be resolved. £600 spent and they never clip into place, they do not cover my teeth, and often hurt or make me bleed when trying them. I’ve had help via a dentist to complete the molds also.
I’ve been liaising with customer service and they are so unbothered or just seem passive aggressive in their reply’s . They just keep sending out moulds and more clip ins, which makes me think, how much really do do people over pay when the molds fit first time, when they seem so ready to just keep sending moulds and clip ins. I’ve tried the friendly approach I’ve tried explaining my frustrations and it’s always a couple of word reply’s of how they’ll send another mould set out.
Do they just keep doing this till we give up?

It’s frustrating as all their success story’s look amazing, but a lot are influencers, models who probably don’t pay that sort of money. Plus a handful of people who mange to get really good looking sets.
Just makes me sad I just wanted to improve my confidence but feel like I look ridiculous each time

I was so nervous ordering having ordered products like this before, but I couldn't be more impressed with Secret Veneers. The whole process was so easy and the veneers arrived on time. They look beautiful and so natural, before finding secret veneers I wanted actual veneers which would have meant shaving my teeth down and costing thousands but these veneers look so natural getting veneers doesn't even cross my mind now. The veneers are very thin and don't give any strange sticking out appearance like I thought they would. If you are thinking about getting them I would definitely recommend, I couldn't be more happy they really have changed my life
