The guys over at secret veneers offered an amazing service. The social media team on Insta answered all of my questions almost instantly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to try clip in veneers. The process from the impressions to receiving the veneers has been great :))

Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage to get you your perfect veneers. When I received my set, I was so happy to put them on. Unfortunately the top veneer did not fit correctly due to the impression I sent them. The technicians were quick to tell me that they would remake the veneer using images I provided them and would also send a new impression kit in case the new arch did not work out. After receiving my replacement veneers, I am beyond happy and in love with my smile. I highly recommend them unreservedly.

Absolutely brilliant. Although it takes a bit of time to get used to it I would highly recommend this product. Not just because the quality is excellent, the service from start to finish professional, it’s actually because when you wear your new veneers it will make you feel more confident. I ordered these veneers to cover to gaps on either side and now I can smile because the gaps have gone. So for me this has totally been worth it and I’m now going to order a bottom arch.

Very happy with my veneers. This is my second set and although they do take a bit of getting used too. Customer service is excellent and they will do there best to put things right if the fit needs adjustment. I speak in public as was embarrassed with my teeth but these work wonderfully.

First set of my veneers didn’t fit and when I contacted customer service they send me another kit for free straight away. Unfortunately second didn’t fit as well, my teeth must have been difficult with my underbite, however, third set fit well and I’m so happy, I will definitely get different shades as well, I expected them to be little bit thinner but it’s fine, I will only wear the top set and it will fix my underbite little. I’m happy in general and they seems really strong and lasting. Thank you XX

Okay I want to start off this review by firstly stating that my experience as a whole was WONDERFUL. I read review after review on several different companies for snap on veneers and I ultimately decided to choose this one. And I’m so glad I did.

I chose to order from Secret Veneers because my smile had always been something that I didn’t like about my appearance. I have gaps and spacing in my upper teeth, and I tried Invisalign years ago but I couldn’t bear the pain of the treatment. This has been the perfect alternative for me.

I live in the United States. About two weeks after ordering my impression kit, it was on my doorstep. (A lot quicker than I had imagined). I took my impressions on my upper teeth and sent them back to this company the following day. My snap on veneers took about a month to arrive after I mailed back the impression kit. Which is no big deal, as I live across the world in the US! I did not mind the wait.

As for the veneers themself, I could not be happier. With the quality and the durability. I have eaten, drank alcohol, smoked cigarettes, you name it. No discoloration whatsoever and no damage to them thus far. I have had them for about a month now.
For the first week, I had a slight lisp, as I chose to order the standard thickness and not the super thin ones this first time around. But after that first week, I no longer have a lisp at all.

I have had SO many compliments on my teeth. I also have had many people ask me if I got professional work done on them.

All in all, I am so very happy I chose to go with SecretVeneers. Any questions I’ve had, or just checking up on the status of my order, customer service has been right there for me to answer within a matter of hours. Which is amazing considering, how I stated above, I do live in the US and this company is based out of the UK.

Please, if you’re on the fence about ordering from this company, just do it. This has been a total life changer for me. Because of these snap on veneers, I finally have the confidence I’ve wanted to have for years now.

I have never been happy with my smile and had a denture to fill in lost teeth but I was still not overly happy with my teeth but I thought it would cost far too much money to rectify this until I stumbled across secret veneers- I ordered the top and bottom set of ultra thin in A1 - when they came it did take me a few days to get used to my new smile but now wow I love them so much, I had a couple of fit issues but they were rectified quickly, I absolutely love them they are the best money I have ever spent I’m no longer embarrassed about smiling and laughing - thank you Secret Veneers 😁

Can not believe the difference worth every penny

Many months and so much money later, i still don't have any veneers that are wearable. All the veneers they send me look extremely fake on me and don't fit right... i keep asking for a refund even if it's just a partial refund, but JPD/secretveneers keeps saying they'll try again with a new veneer. But it never fixes the problem. I'm so very sad about this... it has costs me so much money and time and i end up with nothing....how can this be??

Before I heard about this company, i never used to smile much because I hated my smile and over the years my teeth had chips in them.
I cannot thank you enough all I do is smile now with so much confidence. I 100% recommended this company, they are very professional and friendly.

Whilst I had straight teeth already, they were looking a little discoloured (yellow).

My smile is now rejuvenated and most importantly, they look natural!

I am writing this review on Tues May 25th. I placed my order exactly 2 months ago in March. I am in Canada and this company is in the UK. I was skeptical about making a pricey purchase like this online. Prior to placing my order, I reached out to the company via Instagram and sent very detailed photos of my teeth to see if their product would be suitable for me. I have several teeth missing and was concerned. I received a message back and was told that I was a candidate. This confirmation, along with the many many positive reviews I read online, allowed me to make the decision to go ahead and purchase a full set. My impression kit was sent to me and when it was received back to the company, I was notified that my impressions had been accepted. I was ecstatic and have been waiting SO excitedly to receive my new smile. I was notified via Instagram and also email that my veneers were to be shipped to me on May 21st. On the day of, I sent a msg via Instagram to confirm they had shipped. I received no response so followed up twice since. Just today I finally got a response telling me that I would not be receiving lower veneers, only uppers. 4 days after the ship date the company had provided me and ONLY after contacting them myself 3 times. It was explained, albeit politely, that they were sorry and had somehow overlooked telling me this bad news (even though they sent me a notification just one week ago today advising me of a ship date). I was told there is nothing they can do except send me the upper veneers or give me a refund. I am so sad. So disappointed. Like all customers that go to them for a solution, I have been SO looking forward to a smile that I can be happy with and proud of. Honestly, I cannot express enough how much I have been looking forward to this. It would have been life changing for me. And to not only be let down regarding the process and product but to also be treated with such poor customer service is so upsetting for me. I was looking forward to being another success story and testament to their life changing product and to be smiling with confidence for a long time to come and instead, I unfortunately have to feel this way and share this poor review. I would not recommend Secret Veneers. I feel this process was highly misleading and the result has been a really sad experience for me.

Secret Veneers could not have been more helpful when answering all of my worries and questions about the process and how I envisioned my veneers to look. The process was so simple and fast and I received my complete veneers set within 3-4 weeks. They are more than I could have wished for, they were specific to what I asked for and my teeth now look amazing!! I’m not not worried about taking a photo and having my teeth in them. They are beautiful! Thank you so much x

I ordered both upper and lower arches in colour A1 the extra slim ones, when they came, the lower ones had fit perfect, however the upper ones needed some readjustment, and they got it right on the 3rd try (which was free), I have been getting so many compliments on my teeth and I have never smiled brighter or been more happier, I feel much more confident now when socializing or approaching new people , this is a very great alternative for a college student like me who does not yet have money for proper veneers, the customer service was great and they had always replied quickly to me via facebook, I am greatful that the company could bring me my new found confidence
