I have a very mixed reaction to this site. I booked a flight pns-tpa at a great fare. I got called a week later telling me the flight was canceled and the airfare was much higher. I have to make the trip so I took higher fare.

I do not know why this site is allowed to operate. This is a scam company for sure. I booked my ticket and they said it was being processed and that the Eticket would be sent shortly which never happened. Then said it takes upto 48 hours to process. Finally got a call saying taxes and fees were not included and it would cost more! Why would they say total cost in the first place??? Very deceiving site. Please be careful of SECRETAIRFARE! Funny I guess that the secret is not to include the taxes and fees in the first place!

Rose was exceptional! I highly recommend and will recommend to all who travel to directly call her. The next time I need any help I will also be calling her. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and attentive to all my traveling needs. She even called me back when we were disconnected! Absolutely exceptional service!! Thank you so much!!

I purchased a ticket, good price, they took all info including my charge card. An hour later a lady calls me from an unknown number saying she had to charge extra $179.00 in taxes, as they were not allowed to publish it with ticket price. I told her I was going to report this as a fraud .Immidiately she told me not to do that. She agreed to cancel the ticket and requested not to call charge card people.Don’t buy tickets here, save yourself.

I had to call them because it would not seem to be working and Carlos answered, helped me through the process of purchasing my air tickets. Carlos was very helpful and patient with me.

*DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY* I was booking a flight. Did not receive any type of authorization email stating whether or not my flight was able to go through. It also states at the bottom that you're supposed to get a confirmation email within 2 hours of receiving the authorization email. I waited 12 hours, and still got nothing. Called 8 times got sent to voicemail and emailed 3 times. When they called me back 20 hours later they tried telling me I didn't get sent anything because the price isn't what I'd be charged and the lady tried arguing with me that i didn't leave a voicemail or email and I made her look and sure as crap there it was and she tried to say I didn't say anything about cancellation and that i'd have to pay a cancellation fee and I had told her that's was because I didn't expect for their company to have crappy service and I better not be getting charged for anything. So after 20 minutes of arguing she finally said she'd cancel my flight and I wouldn't be charged the cancellation fee.

The prices on the website and when they sell you the real ticket it’s about $200-$300 over the price you’ll see on the website. However, the price that they give you is still better than what you will find on other websites such as google flights. I got my flight for about $200 less than what i was finding. They did follow through and sent the tickets through email the next day. It felt a little sketchy but turns out it was legit.

I thought the price was one thing but it changed, however it was still cheaper than the prices I was seeing on other sites. Carlos was very helpful and I appreciate him.

Scammer Joshua, all prices are listed in CAD but during the final confirmation, they put a lot of pressure for the transaction to be done very quickly and make us accept the price in US without notifying the change in dollars

Carlos was so helpful. At first I thought it was a scam, but they dont. I got my ticket confirmation.

Worst place you can buy a ticket, keep calling them to rebook my flight and all they do is get my information and say “someone will call you back” no one ever does…. Scammers.

Me and my friend bought tickets at Secret Airfares in April 2020 right before Covid19. The flights were all cancelled. We waited for 1 year before we were allowed to request a refund. I am requesting a credit or to be rebooked for another flight but they will not reimburse my money. Whenever I call their agents, they are not willing to help me. WORST COMPANY EVERY! DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS WITH THEM.

I bought 2 tickets. I was dealing with John. He is helpful, professional and honest. I greatly appreciate the time he spent looking for a ticket. I will recommend friends and family to use them for airline tickets.

Why don't they want to reimburse me, despite the e-mail from Air Canada asking to reimburse customers?
