I was not informed of this issue until my nephew spotted the word seat aurbury Solihull were useless none of my emails to customers service were answered and when I brought my seat into the dealer’s I mentioned this and to be spiteful they kept my car keys in the office 2hours after they had done with the car I’m sitting in reception I called Motobility because I’m disabled to help me as I felt they were ignoring me and was told they have done with my car ages ago at times the manager and random employee were laughing I have put in an official complaint disgusting
