Dirty play
Like everyone else, I have been conned into joining a subscription payment that I never agreed to. It is a shame that these people exploit one of the best things in life to do a dirty, thieving job.

This business is a scam. They spin a beautiful story that anyone who has ever loved and sadly lost a beloved pet will empathise with. However, they take advantage of grieving pet owners and anyone else who dares to buy from them.
They will send you the beautiful item but then proceed to steal from you monthly under the guise of a "membership" fee. However, there is no option to sign up or opt of said service. They are completely underhand and should be ashamed of themselves. Their websites are seasonal paws.co and seasonalpaws.uk
I'm not the first person to have fallen victim to their scam judging by reviews elsewhere online.
I bought a £7.50 ring that went all discoloured and reported this but no reply. So I went into my bank account and they are trying to take £19,99 a month that was never mentioned for a £7.50 ring scammers.
Do not buy from this company, after buying jewelery back in September I've just realized they've taken 7 payments on a monthly basis. I emailed them and they have said they automatically put you into a membership . If you sign into their website and look under your order, it does not show that your in a membership or that you can cancel anything. This is without your knowledge, it's a scam
You are auto automatically signed up to £19.95 after purchase. Only found this out after noticing these payments coming out of my bank. This can't be legal!
This company is acting illegally, you are automatically subscribed at a cost of £19.95 per month. This is illegal, they are using your card details for thier own purposes, also illegal, and most probably holding your card details, also illegal without your permission. Theft is the name of thier game. Wanna start a lets get them group, I'm up for it
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased some jewellery following the death of a beloved dog.
Although the items did arrive they were not of good quality. Since the original purchase I have been charged a further £19.95 per month for two months for a subscription I did not sign up for.
If you buy from this company it will cost you a lot more than you expect!!
Same with me purchased a one off item in May 2025 since then 6 payments of £19.95 have been deducted from my bank account.
When I contacted them they said when you purchase something you automatically sign up for this.
Onto my bank
Do not buy anything from these scammers, they automatically set you up with a subscription and take £19.95 per month they don't answer any form contact regarding this scam.
I have contacted my credit card regarding this, hopefully they can do something. Please be very careful
I wrote a review a couple of weeks ago about these scammers taking money under false pretenses. Just to let you know I threatened to go to trading standards and they’ve refunded the money that they took. I’d advise you all to do the same. Good Luck.
Please be aware of online retailer:
"Seasonal paws" .They claim they are having a going out of business sale and selling off overstock merchandise for a highly discounted price. You are led to believe you are making a ONE TIME purchase, then they will without your knowledge enroll you in a "membership" where they will then take £19.95 from your card monthly! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!!
I bought something from them after I lost Blue. The purchase was £13 including postage, then every month for 5 months they have taken £19.95 . Bank are now involved. Please beware of this company.
Same as everyone else. I only noticed after 5 months of taking £19.95 from my credit card. I got in touch with my bank who gave me the email address. Its a generic reply. I have no idea what there business is or that I was signed up to it. I'm waiting on a reply from my 2nd email from Seasonal Paws after asking a few questions. This is totally out of order taking money like this. I didn't even get an email from them to say I had signed up.
Another one of those scam companies that you order from then find out that they've set up a monthly subscription for (3 lots of £19.95 gone from my bank so far).
Purchased a gift for my friend back in July.
Tonight I noticed 4 monthly payments of £19:95 for a subscription I didn’t sign up to! Reported to my bank as fraud
Be warned
