False advertising their delivery times
False advertising their delivery times. Claiming their orders arrive within 2-4 working days but in email they confirmed there is zero chance of order arriving before the 4th working day. When you ask them why they provide inaccurate delivery info - they ignore the question and keep repeating misinformation like robots. Waste of time when you ordering something that is time-critical. Based on my experience dealing with online tools retailers, businesses like this one are also likely to fail delivery even within the maximum time frame.
Their reply below confirms how unprofessional and ignorant of their own lies they are. They keep false-advertising 2-4 day delivery, when in reality the best they can do it 4 days minimum delivery.

SCAM - last few weeks they started to advertise misleading prices on google to attract more customers. Don't believe what the say in reply to this review.
I paid for bench grinder and they sent me wheels for the grinder saying I did not understand what I am buying. What a pity I can't attach screenshot from their website. They are just liars. They agreed however to send return label, but I don't care at this moment. All want is to shout to others. Don't bother to buy anything from them. And please the team of this business - don't reply to try to make things right now. I don't care. You had a chance. No more

So sorry your online shopping experience was not to your satisfaction. I can assure you we do not "Scam" our very loyal customers as you so nicely put it, but we do really appreciate your recent feedback.
You do not get an Excellent rating on Trustpilot by "Scamming" customers, so hopefully you understand this small issue was just an error made when selecting options from the product list.
As you rightly state, we have offered a returns label and full refund for the purchase of a bench grinder wheel.
Once this has been scanned by Royal Mail as returned, we will issue refund straight away.
I understand this may not be the outcome you wanted, but i hope it clears up any confusion moving forward.

Floor Adhesive…
Needed to purchase wood floor adhesive on two occasion and both times used Sealants and Tools Direct. Simple to order and the cheapest I could find. First delivery arrived within 48 hours from ordering with the second delivery arriving 14 hours after placing order! Excellent for both price and delivery.

My first order with the company
My first order with the company. I ordered 12 tubes of everbuild 125 caulk. Although delivery was £7.50 for a 3-5 day period, the order was still pretty much cheaper than the other sites that I looked at. I placed the order about 2pm yesterday, it turned up about 11.40AM today (west London). I checked the manufacture dates on the tubes, the stock is less than 2 months old. I will definitely use them again but my only gripe is that I had to create an account and go through the payment process to find out how much the delivery costs were. V happy though

Living in Devon I elected to collect my purchase in person. As requested I completed the purchase online and received an email soon after telling me that my purchase was ready for collection.
When I arrived I gave my name and without any issue my 25 liter drum of wood treatment was loaded into the back of my car

Immediately they replied with a cost that by far undercut any other supplier. I ordered and three days later my 50ltrs arrived - considering it came from Devon and I live 750 miles north; fantastic..

Quick, first class service. Had some problems with the website when trying to order some staples online. The response from the staff was quick and efficient both by phone and email.The problem was sorted right away and the staples were posted FOC as a way of a goodwill gesture. Great customer service.
