Residential Passive Vent Installation
I had a simple passive vent fitted in my kitchen to comply with building regulations requirements. Nick was really helpful in helping find a solution via email before a site visit with Gary to find the best option and then Gary did a great job on the installation. Really friendly, really neat work and he did a great job tidying up afterwards! Highly recommended!

Excellent Service!!
Our existing Air con supplier quoted us £8,000 to repair our air conditioning. SEAC diagnosed the fault and fixed it within 15 minutes! I would thoroughly recommend SEAC to any potential client.
