Shady company. Rude , aggressive . If you have an issue (which is likely) you will have to fight to have it rectified. Stay away from these bandits

Really helpful prior to purchase, Mark ensured we double checked measurements etc. Delivered really quickly and well packaged in a sturdy tube. A beautiful handrail for our staircase. Brackets already fixed onto the bar too. Love it!

Excellent quality, price and delivery

Called them to order with pick up rather than waiting for delivery, needed them ASAP as I had slipped and injured my foot, getting up stairs was a problem.
They got them ready in a couple of hours and the quality is great. Brackets and end caps were fitted ready to be fixed to the wall. Even came with the screw.
Absolutely fantastic service and great quality product.

Bought a stainless steel post and glass balustrade kit from these guys before Christmas. I gave them my measurements and they called me to go through them and advise me on how to fit the system (and measure correctly!), which fixings to use etc. All came packed and cut to measurements. Posts are really well made, heavy material with proper bases and the glass clamps are heavy duty. All fitted and looking great. Thanks.

Rip off delivery costs BEWARE !!!
Charged me £21 for delivery of a small item that could have been sent for less than a fiver with Royal Mail, even though I spent £280 on other items a few weeks prior.
Sent them an email to question the cost but they didn't have the decency to reply !!!!!

From start to finish this purchase has been outstanding and I am not usually a Reviewer.
The huge package arrived in less than 4 days and was made to measure. The packaging was superb and robust and so the rail was in perfect condition even though it was enormous!
Fitting was left to a professional as I am an old man hence the need. All done in less than 1 hour.
Its a work of beauty so well done to the team.

Not a great experience. Long delivery times and faulty parts sent.

That's what you call service. I ordered a bespoke stainless indoor handrail on Wed 11th December late afternoon, it arrived 10.00hrs Fri 13th December. Excellent packing, the rail was on plank of wood and secured from end to end with miles of packing tape.

Seagull were a random search on Google and their website displayed everything we were looking for in a bespoke stair handrail.
Rather than using an online order I chose to speak to a human being. From the initial call into them, which was very friendly and easy to deal with. We agreed our selection and discussed my specifications. I supported these with photographs and my rough sketches.
I ordered the product 17/07/2015 and took delivery 21/07/2015.
My item was ideally packaged and once unwrapped I fitted the handrail myself in five minutes, such was the precision and accuracy of the Seagul product, down to the millimetre.

I can not find one fault with my seagull experience hence the five star rating.
