So far my experience has been terrible to say the least. I ordered the H4M on the 4th of April and it's now the 13th. The only information I've been able to get out of anyone was from a robot customer service agent from the shipment tracking company which was last updated on the 7th of April and the robot telling me "I have no further information about your shipment at this time." Where is my very expensive order from nine days ago surpassing your eight day delivery?????

I ordered a Portarf last week and I was expecting to receive it within 5 - 8 business days as I saw on the product page, however I was very surprised to get a tracking number from FedEx and the parcel arrived much sooner than expected. Everything was packed well and the device works as it should. Very happy with the order.
I am very surprised about the customer service. I recently ordered an hackrf h2 and only a couple of hours after my order was placed I was contacted by them letting me know that there is a newer version avaliable the h4m and they wanted me to have the newest version rather than an older model to have the full experience. I paid a small difference and upgraded. The parcel arrived today and I am really happy with it. They also assisted me through updating to the latest mayhem version via hackrf.app. I think it's very rare to find this kind of support. Definitely reommend them.
Ordered 03/19/2026 - still nothing. Website wont let me cancel the order, even though it has the option to do so. Fishy i will ask the bank for a refund if the store does not reply to my email. Service seem to be not existing here and doubt the store is even shipping from Europe.

I am very happy with my purchase. I have got a hackrf clifford edition as a friend recommended it to me as I wanted to get something more powerful than the rtl setup I already have, and I must say I am satisfied with the product and delivery process. I must also praise the customer support they always responded within a couple of minutes via live chat and provided detailed responses to all of my questions. I will most definitely come back :)

Not gonna lie, some old reddit thread almost talked me out of this. I kept seeing people accuse the site of just being a dropshipper. I needed a web 888, though, So I took the gamble and I am glad i did. From the start I saw that the estimated delivery time was about 8 days. And exactly after 8 days DHL knocked on my door to deliver the package. I am happy with my purchase. I'd definitely come back.

Good customer support, I ordered an hackrf h2 and a couple of hours later I received an message from them letting me know that there is a new version the H4M and that since this is my first order with them they can upgrade me to it for free. Which I accepted of course. Thanks a lot!

My order arrived. Some 30 days after it was supposed to. SDR store was better reached trough this public feedback channel than email, they claim to be under a spam attack but I suspect it's just bullshit. Because they didn't reply to the chat on their site and... I mean how does a spam attack cause you not to be able top see replies to email chains you initiated?
..oh and the package was delivered by a different company than they claim to of have used and it had an entireley different tracking code than they gave me..
I won't do business with them again, I suspect I only got my package because I was vocal here and threatened to do a chargeback.

While DHL failed in almost all aspects of the delivery process, the experience with the SDRstore support has been extremely helpful and informative.
Supposedly DHL never had my real address (although definitely being provided with it) and the shipment is "still in transit to DHL" all while sitting on my table already while writing this review.
The team at SDRstore had incredible reaction time to my support requests and gave me a lot of information regarding the whereabouts of my shipment.
All while DHL had faulty communication, infuriating chatbots and false information from human support members in contrast.
The people of the support team need a raise.

We really appreciated the dedication and helpfulness of sdrstore's customer support. We needed to buy an USRP N310 within a very tight timeframe because our college funding was coming to an end and we had to get approval quickly. Sdrstore replied within a couple of hours, which helped us get the funds approved and place the order in time. They also informed us that they would ship the parcel via Fedex International Pririty free of charge. We received the parcel within 4 days. We are very greatful for their support and fast service.

I am based in Vienna and was looking for a specific device that I haven't managed to find it anywhere else inside eu without paying massive imports. This was my first time buying from this website and I contacted them before purchasing and they let me know that they are migrating their warehouse and that until the 25th orders will not ship and they let me know that they can use their supplier network so I can receive the package faster, I was a bit worried since I thought I needed to pay taxes or something. The parcel was shipped with DPD, however no updates were showing. So I contacted them and asked what was happening and if it was shipped or not. And they told me that its normal because the parcel hadn’t arrived in the destination country yet as they said DPD is the last mile carrier, and told me to wait a couple of days. Fast forward 6 days and I have indeed started seeing updates, after that I got my package after 2 days and didn't have to pay any taxes. I am overall pretty happy but was a bit worried because there were no updates for 6 days. At least now I know I wasn't scammed :)

I was a bit hesitant at first due to some reddit thread I saw before purchasing but everything went well. I received a tracking number via Evri and at first I didn't see any updates and I contacted the support to verify why there are no updates and they let me know that there are no updates because it didn't arrive yet in my country. after a week I started seeing updates and got the parcel the next day. I had a good experience with them and it certainly was not as reddit guy suggested.

Huge thanks to sdrstore for the quick turnaround. I needed a krakensdr for direction finding for a project. They sent the parcel via fedex international priority which I was very pleased about as at checkout I can only select "standard shipping" and it arrived in a record time of 3 days. Great store and good products!

I'll be honest, I was a little bit hesitant to buy from here as I seen a few sketchy reviews online and a reddit thread where the op had some issues. However they had exactly what I needed in stock so I just went with it and I am glad. I got a tracking number the day after I placed the order and I received the package within the estimated time I saw before purchasing. The box was a bit dinged in a corner but thats most probably because of the shipping company. I also contacted them when it was still in transit to ask for updates and they replied within a couple of hours. I wasn't ghosted as some other reviews state they do. Based on my experience I will most likely buy from here again

since the UK left the EU I am very careful from whom I order to not have to pay taxes when the packages arrive here. I have ordered the new portarf and I am thankful that I did not have to pay any extra vat at the door which was a nice relief. Delivery also didn't take very long and arrived within the estimated time I saw at checkout. I am happy.

I bought a clifford edition hackrf portapack about a month ago and specifically said for the SMA ports to be soldered however they sent me the ports not assembled. Which I just saw as I am pretty busy and didn't have time to play with the device until now. I tried to solder them myself but I broke them. I immediately contacted them via live chat and let them know about the issue. They responded very fast and said that they are sorry and that they may have not seen the note. In the end they told me that they will send me a new set of sma ports at no extra charge. I have received them and managed to solder them properly now. Good service.

Warning - Do NOT use this store I ordered a Christmas present for my son - they send me an empty package - and claim something was in it - my son opened an empty package on Christmas witnessed by grandparents and other guests - no refund no nothing
It is easy to claim the package weight at me receaving it - it did not Weigh close to 1 kg - it was empty - the delivery guy does as far as I know not weigh the package - I hope he does because then it would be easy to prove who took the supposed content! I feel provoked by the Company insinuating that I somehow is trying to cheat - the package was opened in the pressens of others - there was nothing in it - I allready at that time suspected that my son unfortunately chose a foreign Company that was fake, I contacted the Company and explained that a Got an empty package - they apologised an Said that problems could happen during busy Christmas operations and that they would figure out what happened - I waited more than a month - no contact - and when I write Them to follow up - rhey eroter that the shipping Company Stated a certain weight - wich is impossible - and then stated that I would recieve no compensation and no product.
So this whole ordeal leases my with two possibilities - the Company is scamming its costumers - or they have no control with the shipping and when problems occur they blame the costumers!
This case Will now go to the police
But I recommend that if you dare using this Company - check the package before signing - because when there is a problem or no product - the Company Will blame you!
