Neville and Arek were so helpful and friendly. The Sofa and Armchair was placed where I wanted it with no problem. They are a real credit to Poltronesofa

Had what I wanted with a added bonus of it being a show room piece with a huge discount but the only thing was I could not put it on credit as it was a show room object

The sales team were very helpful but you would expect that from a company so big,
The only downside was the very long wait for delivery not sure with hindsight if we would of ordered but we’re wait and see what the quality is like when it arrives

We were met as we entered the store and everything was explained regarding colour of the labels etc. There was never any pressure, but when we needed answers there was soneone on hand to help.

Showroom in pristine condition with plenty of room to move around and also staff not interrupting you while looking around. When asked they were kind and answered all our questions which ended up with us buying a sofa.

Paul was very helpful and guided us on the right sofas for me.

I cannot review properly until i receive the item and know what u have been told was not just sales talk.
