Great experience staff very friendly and helpful

When delivery was made both men were stripped to the waist with one in shorts.They were quite polite and pleasant,but one had beer on his breath.When it came to removing the plastic ties neither had a knife,and had to use my kitchen scissors.In view of the TV advertising,and your impressive premises,what a lack of proffessionalism.Certalnly not the image you would wish to project.The delivery was made on Thursday 30th.April.On Sunday 3rd.May I was greatly alarmed by a bang,and a black plastic cover landing,I discovered it was from the electrical plug.This was reported,and am now told I have to wait 12 weeks for replacement!!!NOT a great success story is it.At 88 and 85 years old we were expecting comfort not heart ache.Am so disappointed and disallusioned.

The friendly,helpfull staff were great and very welcoming.
My only negative issue is that a care plan was added to my bill without any discussion or my agreement .

Excellent experience staff did not hassle but were there to help when needed. Really happy with the product. Would shop there again any time.

I had a great experience with the lady in the store I only went to have a look at the deference between two colours of the swatches and ended up with the lady (can’t remember her name)doing it online for me , plus she explained everything about the cleaning and everything about what it entails thank-you very much and I will definitely be telling everyone about the service I got.

The young lady was very pleasant was knowledgeable explained everything clearly.

Nahida was so lovely, she kept coming over to check in but wasn’t overbearing or hovering. She was also as excited as I was when I got accepted for credit. She also helped me figure out a way to sort my deposit on that day, if it wasn’t for Nahida, I wouldn’t be getting my dream sofa. Absolutely amazing service!!!

Tracy the sales lady was wonderful , didn’t pressure us . Left us to look at sofas and was there for any questions . Highly recommend Tracy.

The experience in the shop was great, as was the delivery.

We were served in store by Gayle who was down to earth and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The delivery drivers were great, helpful and respectful of our home.

My only gripe was the manager trying to push for add ons whilst we were shopping. I get thats part of the job but I am not a fan of pushy salesmen.

We visited today and as soon as we walked into store Susan greeted us she explained us around the store all the different options we had and helped us with all the things we wanted in a sofa she was very pleasant to deal with excellent customer service
