Form the first visit to when we ordered a new sofa the service from the shop sales man was outstanding, they made you felt comfortable and valued at the same time Leaving you alone to see for yourself what different styles there was, when we made the discussion to purchase we was helped and made to understand any changes and upgrades could be made. This is the second time buying from Scs and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Aaron who served us could not have been more helpful explaining everything clearly not at all pushy left us to browse and make our own mind up on what we liked and then went through all the options and fabric choices

In store service and excellent delivery

Aaron who helped us was very knowledgable about the sofa we had chosed.
He is kind, respectful and a lovely chap to talk to. There was no pressure put on us at all.

Staff didn’t hassle us when we entered the building which was brilliant said hello and just let us walk round at leisure . When we did pick a sofa Liam who attended to us was very nice and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend too friends and family .

Delivered on time by two guys who knew what they were doing !

Arrived on time and the 2 men who delivered it were polite and professional.
However, since I have used the recliner the backs of the sofa are not flush,one side is slightly higher than the other and the seat slightly more forward when not in use.
Although this is not a huge problem I am finding it irritating. Can this be rectified without it being returned to the factory?

What a professional service we received would highly recommend.
On the day of delivery unfortunately a neighbour had passed away and the private ambulance was in attendance when the delivery team arrived. They off loaded the soaf and chair then moved the delivery vehicle without being asked. So much respect was showed. Came back to put the soaf together. And left. Just wanted to stay a big thanks to the boys. Love the soaf.

Ordered in March and advised delivery would be July. Pleasant experience at store and no hard sell from store assistants. They were very helpful and polite and purchase made in record time as no hassle, my husband and I knew what we wanted and overall a pleasing shopping experience. As promised, a date given in July with plenty of notice so we could remove old furniture, a phone call on the day and the delivery crew arrived on time. No messing about, brought sofa and storage footstool in, unpacked, sofa erected quickly and all packaging taken away. We are really pleased with the service from the beginning with the store people, the delivery process and the quality of the sofa is superb and more than comfortable. It was well worth the wait.

From the salesman to the delivery men , who fitted it all everything was very good.

We are happy with your service and delivery performance. I gave 4 stars because delivery person told the rollers are missing. Which means delivery person has to come back to finish the job. Thats only thing was upsetting. We have to find time free. Deliver person don’t know when it be done,
